校园感悟
Campus Reflections
我是圣华紫竹双语学校的第一届学生，从小学一年级到初中毕业，在这里走过了整整九年。我看着校园一点点变大、变美，也看着自己从一个怯生生的小孩，长成敢站在台上发言的少年。这一路，是从“怕出错”到“敢尝试”、从“只盯分数”到“全人成长”、从“被帮助”到“主动担当”的蜕变。
I am a founding student of SHZS, having spent nine full years here from G1 to G9. I watched the campus grow and become more beautiful, and watched myself grow from a shy child into a teenager who dares to speak on stage. Along the way, I transformed—from fearing mistakes to daring to try, from focusing only on grades to pursuing holistic growth, from being helped to taking initiative.
刚入学时，我总把学习窄化成分数，课堂上不敢举手，英语课上不敢开口。记得有一节英语课，老师点我读课文。我站起来，脸一下子涨红，喉咙像被什么堵住，声音小得只有同桌能听见。老师没有催，只是走到我旁边，轻轻说：“没关系，我们等你。”后来她让我当“每日一句”的领读员。我从低着头念，到试着抬眼看大家，再到能把一句话稳稳说完。那是我第一次发现，开口并没有那么可怕。后来，在老师的鼓励和一次次活动里，我慢慢把语文、数学、英语、物理、道德与法治都当作认识世界的窗口。九年里，我也多次获评学校各类奖项，这些荣誉不是终点，而是我一点点拓宽边界、找到节奏的印记。
When I first started, I thought learning was only about grades and was too shy to speak up. I remember an English class where I was asked to read aloud. My teacher didn’t rush me—she just said, “It’s okay. We’ll wait for you.” Later, she made me the leader of “Daily Sentence.” I gradually went from reading with my head down to speaking confidently. That was when I realized speaking up wasn’t so scary. Encouraged by my teachers and activities, I began to see all subjects as windows to the world. Over nine years, the awards I received were not the end, but marks of my growth.
犹记得，八年级物理电学一度是我的短板，月考成绩几乎跌到及格边缘。老师帮我分析试卷后说：“你试试把错题讲给别人听，讲不清的地方，就是你真正要补的地方。”于是我建了一本“错题地图”，用不同颜色标出概念、计算和审题问题，又和两位同学组成三人小组，每周午休轮流讲一道题。第一次讲串联电路，我讲得磕磕绊绊，却逼着自己回去重新翻课本、画图、查实验。三个月后，物理从我的短板变成了优势，我也获评“物理学科之星”。我想这些都是对我自身学术能力、表达能力和自主学习能力的提升。
In eighth grade, electricity was my weak spot—my monthly test barely passed. My teacher said, “Explain your mistakes to others.” So I made a color-coded mistake map and formed a three-person group, taking turns explaining one problem each week at lunch. My first explanation of a series circuit was rough, but it pushed me back to the textbook and experiments. Three months later, physics became my strength, and I was named a “Physics Star”—a leap in academic, expressive, and self-learning abilities.
向外，我走向更广阔的舞台。学校艺术节排英语剧，全班总动员：有同学愿意扮演一根柱子，有同学主动担起总导演的责任。我从最初念台词都紧张，到能和同伴一起磨合、站上舞台。那一刻我忽然明白，所谓“人人有舞台”，并不是每个人都要站在聚光灯下——而是无论主角还是一根柱子，每个位置都被看见，每份付出都有价值。向内，我学着沉淀担当。担任课代表和班级事务时，我收作业、整理错题、组织小组讨论，也学会在同学焦虑时递上一句“慢慢来”。学校倡导“以学术为核心的全人教育”，让我懂得：知识不止于分数，成长不限于教室。
Outward, I stepped onto a broader stage. In an English play, some played a pillar, some directed. I went from nervous to confident. “Every Individual Shines”—every role is seen, every effort counts.Inward, I learned responsibility. As a class rep, I collected homework, led discussions, and told anxious classmates, “Take your time.” Holistic education taught me: knowledge is more than grades, growth beyond the classroom.
最难忘的是班主任廖进老师。阶段练习失利时，他帮我逐题分析，给出具体的学习建议，然后说了一句让我记到现在的话：“每个人都有自己的节奏，你慢慢来。”那一刻我明白，全人教育不是墙上的标语，而是老师愿意等你成长的耐心，是课堂之外那些温暖而笃定的对话。
What I remember most is my homeroom teacher, Mr. Liao Jin. After a setback, he went through my mistakes and said: “Everyone has their own pace.” That’s when I understood that holistic education isn’t a slogan—it’s the patience to wait.
母校让我懂得，教育不是把所有人塑成同一个模样，而是让每个独特的生命都找到自己的光芒。圣华紫竹双语学校给了我们这样的机会——人人有舞台。
SHZS taught me that education isn’t about making everyone the same, but giving us that opportunity—Each individual shines.

给学弟学妹的学习心得
Words for the Next Generation
关于心态： 六年级时有个学长对我说：“不要因为一次考试就觉得自己完了，你还在路上呢。”后来发现真的是这样。考砸了，天不会塌，日子照过，下一场考试还是会来。一道数学题没做出来，也不会天塌。真正让你变好的，从来不是某一次高分，而是考砸之后老老实实分析原因的那些普通日子。所以，不用总盯着别人。永远在路上，按自己的节奏走，别停。
On mindset: A senior once told me: “One test doesn’t define you—you’re still on your way.” He was right. A bad test doesn’t end the world. What makes you better is not the high score, but the honest reflection after. So keep moving at your own pace, and don’t stop.
关于方法： 我常说的“投机取巧”，是花五分钟想“这道题到底在考什么”，而不是花五十分钟硬算。理科尤其如此——找到底层逻辑，就像找到杠杆的支点。巧，是用思考代替重复，用理解代替死记。下次遇到难题，先问自己：它在考哪个知识点？核心是什么？坑在哪？想完再动手，你会发现很多题没那么难。
On method: Work smart—spend five minutes asking “What is this question really testing?” instead of grinding through it. In science, find the underlying logic, the lever. Use thinking over repetition, understanding over memorization. Ask yourself the core question first—then solve.
关于积累： 学习是一条河。你读的每一页书、写下的每一段话、课堂上那一瞬间的恍然，都是汇入这条河的水滴。大部分时候你看不见水位在涨，但河一直在变深。文科尤其如此——它不给你即时反馈，不告诉你“今天进步了0.5分”。它只是在暗处慢慢养着你的语感、你的判断力、你对人情世故的感知。等到某一天，你发现自己随口说出一句连自己都惊讶的话，那就是它在给你回信了。
On accumulation: Learning is a river. Every page, every sentence, every moment of clarity adds a drop. You don’t see the water rise, but the river deepens. Especially in the humanities—they work in silence, nurturing your language, your judgment, your feel for things. One day, you’ll say something that surprises even you—that’s the river writing back.

Looking Ahead
即将进入上海中学，我满怀期待。这所发轫于1865年龙门书院的百年名校，以“储人才，备国家之用”为办学宗旨，传承“自强不息、思变创新、乐育菁英”的龙门精神——这与圣华紫竹双语“以学术为核心的全人教育”理念一脉相承，都致力于让每个生命找到自己的光芒。
I’m about to enter Shanghai High School, a school with roots in 1865, dedicated to “storing talent for the nation”. Its spirit resonates with SHZS—both believe in helping every life find its own light.
上中“聚焦志趣、激发潜能”的育人理念，与廖老师曾说过的“每个人都有自己的节奏”不谋而合。他教会我按自己的步伐成长，而上中提供的多门发展型课程、与复旦交大等高校合作的导师制、科技班与工程班等创新平台，正是让这份节奏得以延展的广阔天地。
Shanghai High School’s focus on “interests and potential” echoes Mr. Liao’s words about finding your own rhythm. Its diverse courses, mentorship programs in partnership with Fudan and SJTU, and innovation platforms, offers the broader landscape for that rhythm to unfold.
九年圣华时光赋予我踏实与勇气，我相信这能帮我在上中扎实前行。我期待在数理与人文的交融中夯实根基，也渴望在更广阔的平台上继续探索兴趣、挑战自我。路还很长，但我有信心——带着母校的温暖，去拥抱龙门楼下的新旅程。
Nine years at SHZS gave me a solid foundation and courage. I’m ready to explore, to grow, and to embrace the new journey ahead—carrying the warmth of my alma mater with me.
