2017年的夏天，我带着懵懂与好奇，第一次踏入圣华紫竹双语学校的校园。刚入学时，我几乎是零基础的学习状态，面对课堂上的新知识常常一知半解。课堂上我时常走神神游，被老师提问时也大多答非所问。幸运的是，老师们始终耐心包容、悉心引导，一点点带我走进知识的世界。在老师的指引与妈妈的鼓励下，我慢慢鼓起勇气，尝试主动举手回答问题，不再畏惧回答错误。一次次课堂尝试、一声声老师的肯定，让我的自信心悄然生根发芽，完成了从胆怯懵懂到勇敢自信的蜕变。从此课堂上的我都是全身心投入的听课，时刻跟随老师的思路，培养了良好的课堂习惯。
In 2017, I stepped into SHZS for the first time, curious and unsure. I began with almost no foundation, often struggling to follow lessons. Fortunately, my teachers were patient and guiding. With their encouragement, I stopped fearing mistakes. Every attempt and every word of affirmation helped my confidence take root, transforming me into a confident learner. From then on, I gave every class my full attention and developed good habits.
向外，学校特色的湖畔讲坛，为我打开了课本之外的广阔天地。从国产大飞机总设计师吴院士的科研分享，到华东师范大学生命科学院教授的专业讲解，再到微软软件工程师的前沿科普，一系列精彩讲座让我接触到工业制造、生命科学、人工智能等多元前沿领域。我得以跳出课堂局限，真切了解国家科技发展与世界行业前沿，也深刻读懂了学校“问学启航 明德致远”校训的内核真谛。向内，步入初中阶段，我主动承担起化学、历史课代表的职责，在服务班级中收获成长。日复一日收发作业、对接师生、整理学科任务，不仅锻炼了我的沟通协调能力，更让我深刻理解了责任与担当的意义，褪去了稚气，多了一份沉稳与认真。
Beyond the classroom, the Lakeside Forum opened new horizons. From Academician Wu, chief designer of the aircraft, to professors from ECNU and Microsoft engineers—these lectures introduced me to industrial manufacturing, life sciences, and AI. I came to understand the true meaning of our school motto. In middle school, I served as class representative for chemistry and history. Daily tasks strengthened my communication skills and taught me responsibility.
读书是我长久以来的热爱，儿时的我便是大家口中的“小书虫”，海量阅读却始终没能让我的语文成绩有所突破。直至六年级遇见我的语文姜老师，我的语文学习之路迎来了转机。姜老师循循善诱，为我搭建起系统的语文学习框架，教会我积累、理解与运用知识的方法，还为我精准推荐各类优质书目。在老师的指引下，我深耕书海、日积月累、积土成山，彻底爱上了语文学习。持之以恒的阅读与积累，让我的知识储备不断丰富，老师也常常打趣称我为“小百科全书”。得益于长久的沉淀，我最终在中考中取得了令人满意的语文成绩，不负努力与栽培。
Reading has always been my passion. Yet despite reading widely, my Chinese grades never improved. That changed in G6 when I met Ms. Jiang. She built me a systematic framework for learning Chinese, taught me how to accumulate, understand, and apply knowledge. Thanks to this foundation, I achieved a satisfying result in the high school entrance exam.
在圣华紫竹双语学校求学的岁月里，让我深深受益的，不仅是学校雄厚优质的师资力量，更是学校“以学术为核心的全人教育”育人理念。学习路上难免起伏，每当身边的同学因考试失利失落沮丧、陷入自我怀疑时，班主任樊老师总会第一时间温柔陪伴、耐心开导。他总是带着温暖的笑容安抚我们的情绪，褪去我们内心的焦虑与低落，再细致带领我们复盘试卷、梳理得失、剖析薄弱短板、找准提升方向。在樊老师的教育里，分数从不是唯一的评判标准，老师更看重我们能否在压力中自愈、在挫折中成长，能否始终保持积极向上、从容坚韧的学习心态。这份温暖、包容且以人为本的教育，让我真正读懂了学校全人教育的深刻精髓：不止深耕学业，更滋养心性、成就完整的人。
What benefited me most at SHZS was not only the excellent teachers, but the philosophy of “holistic education with academic excellence”. When classmates felt discouraged, Mr. Fan was always there—patiently guiding and helping us identify weaknesses. In his teaching, what mattered more was our resilience under pressure and setbacks. I learnt the true essence of holistic education: not just academic depth, but the cultivation of character.
九年校园时光，师友相伴，步履不停。我在知识中成长，在磨砺中蜕变，从懵懂内向的孩童，成长为自信从容、热爱学习、勇于担当的少年。

亲爱的学弟学妹们，初中的学习时光充实且珍贵，在不断摸索与实践中，我总结了几点实用的学习心得，希望能为你们提供些许帮助。
Middle school is both fulfilling and precious. Here are a few practical tips from my own experience.
首先，学会自主规划，高效利用时间。学习切忌盲目无序，日常自主学习时，即便不书写详细的时间表，也要在心中梳理好当日的学习任务与顺序。清晰的规划能让学习有条不紊，避免虚度光阴，最大化提升学习效率，养成良好的学习习惯。其次，坚持整理错题，精准攻克薄弱点。错题是学习路上最宝贵的财富，建议大家为每个学科单独准备错题本，及时整理作业、考试中的错题，标注错误原因与正确思路。日常复习优先复盘错题，反复巩固、查漏补缺，在日积月累中攻克知识漏洞，实现稳步提升。最后，保持规律作息与良好心态。早睡早起、劳逸结合才能保证充沛的学习精力。
First, learn to plan independently and use time efficiently. Even without a detailed timetable, organize your daily tasks in your mind. Clear planning keeps learning orderly and effective.Second, keep a mistake notebook and target your weak points. Mistakes are your most valuable assets. Prepare a notebook for each subject, note the reasons and correct approaches. Prioritize reviewing these mistakes to fill gaps. Finally, maintain a regular routine and a good mindset.
道阻且长，行则将至。希望我的这些小建议能助力大家的学习成长之路，愿你们全力以赴、不负韶华，最终圆梦心仪的高中。
