Campus Reflections
我在圣华紫竹双语学校的学习体验整体上是比较轻松愉悦的。母校“以学术为核心的全人教育”理念在我看来既能让同学们收获知识，也能在各种活动中培养能力。比如我之前参加的“最小覆盖圆”项目化学习活动，我学会了用数学解决实际问题，也锻炼了思维和小组合作的能力。
My learning experience at SHZS has been relaxed and enjoyable overall. The school’s philosophy allows students to gain knowledge while developing skills through a variety of activities. For example, in the “Minimum Covering Circle” project-based learning activity, I learned to use mathematics to solve real-world problems, while also strengthening my thinking and teamwork skills.
在圣华紫竹双语学校的这段时光里，老师和同学们都给予了我许多帮助。其中，令我印象最深的，是廖老师和么老师。廖老师既是我的班主任，也是我的数学老师。他常在学业上给我细致的指导，他的课堂也让我一点点对数学产生了兴趣。么老师是我的语文老师，她的课堂总是格外吸引我。虽然她平时对我要求严格，但那份严格背后，是像母亲一样的关怀——不仅在学业上，也在人生的方向上，给予我温柔的引导。
During my time at SHZS, both teachers and classmates gave me tremendous support. Mr. Liao was my homeroom teacher and math teacher. He often gave me detailed academic guidance, and his classes gradually sparked my interest in mathematics. Ms. Yao was my Chinese teacher. Her classes were always engaging. Though she was strict with me, behind that strictness was a mother-like care—guiding me gently not only in academics, but also in life.

给学弟学妹的学习心得
Words for the Next Generation
我认为，只要紧跟学校的学习节奏，就不会有太大问题。老师们会针对每个人的问题进行分析，让知识学习和查缺补漏齐头并进。在学习过程中，我逐渐体会到三点：首先，要对知识始终抱有敬畏与探索的欲望。只有让兴趣成为学习的驱动力，才能慢慢对知识产生一种掌控感。其次，学习不必太功利，不妨把它看作一场思维的全面训练——学到的每一个知识、做过的每一道题，都不是无用功，它们会在日积月累中让我们的头脑更灵活。最后，一定要听从老师的建议和指导，这样才能从多角度突破学习中的瓶颈与困惑。
First, always hold a sense of reverence and curiosity toward knowledge. Only when interest becomes the driving force can you gradually gain a sense of mastery over what you learn. Second, don’t be too utilitarian about learning—see it as a comprehensive training of the mind. Every piece of knowledge you gain and every problem you solve is not wasted; they accumulate over time to make your thinking more agile. Finally, always follow your teachers’ advice and guidance. That is how you can break through learning bottlenecks and confusion from multiple angles.

华东师范大学第二附属中学是我自七年级以来的梦校，能进入二附中学习我感到非常荣幸。高中阶段优秀的同学有很多，因此我希望自己首先能在高中取得较为良好的成绩，向优秀的人多学习。其次我希望自己能在学校的活动、比赛中拓展视野，培养表达、组织能力。
No.2 High School Of East China Normal University has been my dream school since Grade 7, and I feel truly honored to be admitted. In high school, I will be surrounded by outstanding peers, so I hope to first achieve solid academic results and learn from those around me. I also hope to broaden my horizons through school activities and competitions, and develop my communication and organizational skills.
“时代之潮，你我皆是狂澜。”我希望自己能尽我所能，努力学习，为祖国做贡献；不断超越自我，成为一个真正卓越的人。
“The tide of our times—you and I are both the surging waves.” I hope to do my best, study hard, contribute to my country, and keep pushing beyond myself to become a truly outstanding person.
