【Job Responsibilities】
-Deliver primary school Chinese lessons, helping students understand learning concepts and methods.
-Spark students’ interest in learning and cultivate their thinking skills.
-Attend to students’ individual needs and design teaching plans tailored to different learners.
-Maintain positive teacher-student relationships and proactively communicate with students and parents.
-Commit to continuous learning and steadily upgrade teaching skills and methods.
【Job Requirements】
-Master’s degree or above preferred.
-At least 3 years of primary-level teaching experience in the relevant subject.
-Hold a valid teaching qualification for the corresponding grade and subject.
The following conditions are preferred:
(1) High-level teacher (senior professional title).
(2) Young core talent with high academic qualifications (doctoral degree / graduate of a prestigious overseas university).
(3) Recipient of education and teaching awards at district/county level or above.
(4) Municipal-level subject leader.
(5) Outstanding class supervisor at district/county level or above.
【Working Hours】
8:00 – 16:45 (weekends off)
