“Excellence and Balance, Open to See the world”, Shenghua Zizhu Bilingual is dedicated to nurturing students with strong visions in both academics and personal development, ensuring a high spirit in learning and teaching. The series of “Merits of Teaching” will focus on subject features, allowing teachers to share their insights and reflections from various perspectives and demonstrating their great love and passion in teaching. Let’s welcome our seventeenth edition:  “Merits of teaching” written by Ms.Wang Jingwen from our Primary School.

Teaching with Love, Nurturing with Heart

因为热爱,我珍惜每一次课堂教学机会,不仅会精心设计内容详实、生动有趣的课堂教学,还会在课堂中作为学生学习的伙伴引导学生通过人人动脑、人人动手、人人动口、边学边思的学习方法,经历知识形成过程总结规律。

My passion for teaching drives me to craft every lesson with care – creating dynamic, substantive learning experiences where I partner with students in discovery. Through active thinking, hands-on practice, and collaborative discussion, we explore concepts and uncover insights together.

这样,不仅使学生学有所得,还激发学生自主学习的兴趣,这样的教学形式取得了良好的效果,学生的学习能力逐步提高,学生在整个学习过程中感受到学习对于智力开发、锻炼意志品质和培养严谨学风所产生的重要影响。

以爱执教 真心育人

Teaching with Love, Nurturing with Heart

高尔基曾说过,“谁爱孩子,孩子就爱谁,只有爱孩子的人才会教育孩子”。在完成学科教学和班级管理等本职任务的同时,我喜欢和孩子们交朋友,设身处地的站在孩子的角度考虑问题,仔细观察他们的一举一动,关心他们的生活。

Gorky once said, “Children love those who love them – only those who love can truly educate.” Beyond subject teaching and classroom management, I strive to be a friend to my students, seeing the world through their eyes and noticing every detail of their growth.

给哭泣的孩子一个关怀的拥抱,给遇到困难的孩子一个鼓励的眼神,给有进步的孩子一个赞美的拇指。每到节日时收到孩子们真情的问候和交流,给了我满满的幸福和前进的动力。

A comforting hug for tears, an encouraging glance during struggles, or a thumbs-up for progress – these small gestures build trust. The heartfelt holiday greetings from my students fuel my happiness and motivation.

如琢如磨 用心至诚

Refinement with Sincerity

教学相长,教育是一场和学生共成长的修行。我深入细致地解读教材,精心设计好教学的每个环节,力求精益求精。在课余时间,我一直坚持认真参加学习培训,阅读教学杂志和专著,积极承担观摩课、区级教研课和教学比赛,并参与论文写作和比赛,不断提高专业素养和教育水平。

Teaching is mutual growth. I dive deep into curriculum design, perfecting every lesson with care. Beyond the classroom, I actively pursue professional development through training, academic research, and by participating in teaching demonstrations, regional workshops, and educational competitions – all to refine my craft as an educator.

在教育教学上,积极运用先进的教育教学理念来指导学生,大胆尝试创新,教学中以学生为主体,构建自学、自思、自练、合作交流的最佳课堂教学,教给学生独立学习的一条途径。

By embracing innovative educational concepts, I empower students as independent learners through self-guided exploration, critical thinking, and collaborative exchanges – equipping them with autonomous learning skills.

在导师制的实践活动中,我将英语戏剧作为点燃学生语言热情的 “魔法火种”。我以《Try every thinh》舞台剧为载体,将英语学习、团队协作与价值观培养融入戏剧排演,让每个孩子在角色中发现语言的力量,在合作中遇见更闪耀的自己。正如剧中所言:”Everyone can be anything”,我相信每个孩子都正在成为最好的自己。

In the practice of the mentorship system, I have used English drama as the “magic spark” to ignite students’ passion for language. In the drama show of ‘Try everything’, I have integrated English learning, teamwork, and values education into the drama rehearsal process, allowing each child to discover the power of language through their roles and to encounter a more shining version of themselves through collaboration. As the saying goes in the drama, “Everyone can be anything.” I believe that every child is becoming the best version of themselves.


教育,是一场向美而行的遇见,是一段温暖人心的修行。在教育这条充满希望与挑战的道路上,我会满腔的热忱与持之以恒的钻研,不断探索教学的真谛;以爱为基石,用真心呵护每一颗纯真的心灵;如雕琢美玉般,精心对待教学的每一个环节,在与学生的共同成长中实现自我的提升。我深知,教育的使命任重而道远,但我将初心如磐,奋楫笃行,用爱与责任继续书写属于我和孩子们的教育篇章。

Education is a beautiful encounter and a heartwarming pursuit. On this path of hope and challenges, I remain steadfast – exploring pedagogy with passion, nurturing young minds with love, and refining my craft with care. Though the mission is profound, I remain true to my purpose, writing our educational story – one chapter at a time – with love and dedication.
