我始终坚信，学生的成长和发展是体育教学的核心目标。因此，我注重激发学生的学习兴趣，尊重他们的个性差异，做到因材施教。通过设计多样化的教学内容和方法，并不断探索和实践新的教学方法和手段，引入游戏化教学，让学生在轻松愉快的氛围中学习体育知识和技能。

I have always firmly believed that the growth and development of students are the core objectives of physical education. Therefore, I focus on stimulating students’ interest in learning, respecting their individual differences, and tailoring teaching to the students’ abilities. By designing diverse content and continuously exploring and practicing new teaching methods, I introduce game-based teaching to allow students to gain relevant knowledge and hone their skills in a relaxed environment.

除了传授体育知识和技能外，我鼓励学生积极参与体育竞赛和团队活动，提升他们的团队协作能力和集体荣誉感。同时培养学生坚韧不拔、勇于挑战的精神。

In addition, I encourage students to actively participate in sports competitions and team activities to enhance their teamwork abilities and sense of collective pride. At the same time, I also focus on fostering resilience and courage in my students.

我积极参与体育教科研和学术交流活动，不断学习和借鉴先进的体育教学理念和方法，不断提升自己的专业素养和教学水平，为学生的成长和发展提供更好的保障。

Personally, I actively participate in sports research and academic exchange activities, continuously learning and drawing on advanced teaching philosophy and methods. By attending various training sessions and seminars, I keep developing my competence, improving my teaching skills, and supporting students’ growth.

汗水与荣耀

Sweat and Glory

“寒暑往来球作伴，队员苦练汗沾裳。”作为篮球校队教练，负责校队队员的基本技术训练。落实训练计划，不断探索新的训练方法和战术体系，以适应比赛的需要，确保队员能够系统地提升技术水平。促进家校沟通，亦师亦友，倾听队员的意见和建议，形成良好的互动和合作关系。

“Through the cold and heat, the ball is our companion; players practice hard, sweat staining their clothes.” As the coach of the varsity basketball team, I am responsible for the basic technical training of our players. By formulating detailed training programs, I constantly explore new training methods and tactical systems to adapt to the needs of the game and ensure that the players can systematically improve their skills. I also continue to communicate with players, parents, school management and other parties to listen to players’ opinions and suggestions to form a good interaction and cooperation.

挑战与成长

Challenges and Growth

2024年我作为带队老师和圣华学子们一起参加了“玄奘之路”国际青少年戈壁挑战赛，3天徒步行走将近70公里，这对学生和带队教师的身体和心理来说都是巨大的考验。得益于组委会制定科学的训练计划、同学们的积极训练，我们最终克服重重困难，走向“穷荒绝漠鸟不飞，万碛千山梦犹懒”的戈壁，取得了一块块金灿灿的奖牌。

In 2024, as a team leader and teacher, I joined the “Journey of Xuanzang” International Youth Trekking Competition with our students. Walking nearly 70 kilometers in 3 days is a great physical and mental test for the students and chaperones. Thanks to the scientific training plan formulated by the organizing committee and the active training of the students, we finally overcame all the difficulties and walked towards the Gobi, achieving the precious medals.

当幼苗变成树林，当微光汇成星河，他们终将改变潮水的方向。2025“青戈3”的号角已经吹响，5月1日我将和孩子们一起怀揣勇敢的心，为再次踏上戈壁的征途而努力着。

As seedlings grow into forests and glimmers converge into a galaxy, they will ultimately change the course of the tides. The clarion call of the 2025 “Youth Trekking Competition 3” has already sounded. On May 1st, I will join the children, hearts brimming with courage, as we prepare to embark once more on the trekking journey, striving toward new horizons.

此外我还兼任学校住宿项目导师，致力于家校共育，共促学生成长。

In addition, I am also the school housemaster, committed to home-school communication, and jointly promote the education of our students.

我根据孩子们的兴趣爱好，组织了体育、观影、音乐等社团活动，这不仅有助于宿舍管理，也能让我在工作中更好地与他们沟通互动，共同成长。

Based on the children’s interests and hobbies, I have organized various club activities such as sports, movie watching, and music. This not only aids in dormitory management but also allows me to communicate and interact with them more effectively in my work, fostering mutual growth.

中学生处于身心快速发展的阶段，通过细心观察，感受他们的情绪波动，主动关心他们的日常，耐心倾听他们的烦恼，给予鼓励和关怀，让孩子们在校同样可以感受到家的温暖。

Middle school students are in a stage of rapid physical and mental development, I carefully observe their expressions and behavior. When I notice a student is feeling down, I take the initiative to communicate with them, listen patiently to their troubles, offer warm comfort and encouragement, and help them find solutions to their problems. This allows the children to feel the warmth of home even in the dormitory.

“博观而约取，厚积而薄发”，立足脚下，不断开拓进取，深钻技能，提高自身教学水平，把知识、力量、温度传递给学生。唯此才会成为一名既有良好师德，又有过硬本领的新时代的优秀教师。

“Study extensively and absorb selectively, accumulate deeply and utilize sparingly.” As a teacher, I am committed to completing every task at hand in a practical manner, exploring uncharted territories, improving my teaching, and passing on knowledge, strength, and warmth to my students. Only in this way can one become an outstanding teacher of the new era who possesses both professional ethics and solid skills.
