“Excellence and Balance, Open to See the world”, Shenghua Zizhu Bilingual is dedicated to nurturing students with strong visions in both academics and personal development, ensuring a high spirit in learning and teaching. The series of “Merits of Teaching” will focus on subject features, allowing teachers to share their insights and reflections from various perspectives and demonstrating their great love and passion in teaching. 从加入圣华紫竹双语学校后,在学校和同事们的帮助下,我不断地成长:从一名普通的任课老师到独立带领“道德与法治”备课组,再到文综教研组长。这一路走来,我坚信踏实努力是最重要的成长途径。

精心研课  减负增效

Meticulous Lesson Preparation

我深耕毕业年级,潜心研究高效课堂,并且屡创佳绩。在教学过程中,我深刻认识到,构建高效课堂是提升教学质量的核心所在。因此,在每节课之前,我都精心研读教材,深入剖析课程标准,不上无准备的课。

I have focused on teaching final-year classes, delving into the research of high-efficiency classrooms and achieving remarkable results. Through my teaching experience, I have come to understand that building high-efficiency classrooms is the core of improving teaching quality. Therefore, before each class, I meticulously study the teaching materials and deeply analyze the curriculum criteria, ensuring I never enter a classroom unprepared. 


我坚信只有做足了准备,才能真正做到给学生减负增效。在课堂上,我创设比较轻松活跃的学习氛围,经常鼓励孩子们勇敢表达自己的观点和见解。同时关注每个学生,分层设问,激发学生学习兴趣。

I firmly believe that thorough preparation is the key to reducing students’ burdens and enhancing their learning outcomes. In class, I create a relaxed and lively learning atmosphere, encouraging students to bravely express their opinions and ideas. I also pay attention to each student, tailoring questions to different levels to spark their interest in learning.

情感互动  温润引领

Emotional Interaction

在课后,我喜欢听学生们的小故事,想知道他们在关心什么?喜欢什么?他们有什么疑惑困难?也会默默倾听孩子们的青春心事,帮他们出出主意,解决一些他们之间的小矛盾。

After class, I enjoy listening to students’ stories, learning about their concerns, interests, and challenges. I quietly listen to their youthful thoughts, offering advice and helping them resolve minor conflicts among themselves.

毕业年级的孩子们学业压力比较大,需要更多的耐心和关爱,我可以一道题多讲几遍,也会给他们一个拥抱、一些爱心鼓舞等。我坚信每个孩子都是独一无二的,他们身上各自闪耀着不同的光芒,期待我们去发现。

Final-year students face significant academic pressure and need extra patience and care. I’m willing to explain one question multiple times or offer a hug and words of encouragement. I firmly believe that every child is unique, each shining with their own light, waiting for us to discover.

学术拓延 视野丰富

Academic Expansion

学术能力也是我一直关注的,我在空闲时间会阅读一些书籍、论文期刊等提高自己的认知水平,也会跟身边的学术大咖吸取经验。

Academic ability is also a constant priority for me. In my free time, I read books, academic journals, and other materials to enhance my knowledge. I also seek advice from academic experts around me. 

我还积极参加上海市的教学比武、闵行区的作业设计大赛,论文比赛等,都取得了不错的成绩。这些也都成为我课堂教学创新的强大后盾。

I also actively participated in the Shanghai Teaching Competition, Minhang District’s Homework Design Competition, and Essay Competition, all of which achieved notable results. These experiences have become a strong foundation for my classroom teaching innovations.

管理协作 凝聚有效

 Collaborative Management

在教研组中,我积极的帮助新同事们适应新生活,妥当安排教研组各项活动。我们组员之间群策群力,相互学习,共同进步。文综教研组将成为一个充满活力、团结协作的的团队。

Within the teaching research group, I actively help new colleagues adapt to their roles and organize various group activities. Our team works together, learning from and supporting one another to achieve collective progress. The Humanities and Social Sciences teaching research group has become a vibrant, collaborative team.

身边的优秀老师有很多,我只是其中一个。希望在学校“卓越均衡、面向世界”的理念引领下,致力于不断创新课堂教学模式,为学生呈现多样态课堂体验。我将继续秉持教育初心,为每个同学的成长而努力,一路向前。

There are many outstanding teachers around me, and I am just one of them. Guided by the school’s philosophy of “Excellence and Balance, Open to the World,” I am committed to continuously innovating classroom teaching models and providing students with diverse learning experiences. I will remain true to my educational aspirations, striving for the growth of every student and moving forward with determination.
