数智赋能·人文铸魂｜2026华东师范大学智能外语教育师资研训中心年度论坛圆满举办

5月27日，2026华东师范大学智能外语教育师资研训中心年度论坛暨上海基地（圣华紫竹双语）授牌仪式在上海圣华紫竹双语学校艺术中心隆重举行。本次论坛以“数智赋能·人文铸魂——新时代中小学外语教师发展使命与实践路径”为主题，由华东师范大学外语学院、上海市闵行区教育学院主办，上海圣华紫竹双语学校承办，闵行区吴泾镇人民政府支持。论坛采用线上线下相结合的方式，吸引来自全国各地的一线外语教育工作者及专家学者围绕人工智能时代外语教育的核心议题展开深入对话。

On May 27, the Annual Forum of the ECNU Intelligent Foreign Language Teacher Training and Research Center, along with the inauguration of its Shanghai Base at SHZS was held. The forum was hosted by ECNU’s School of Foreign Languages and Minhang District Education College, organized by SHZS, and supported by Wujing Town Government. The event brought together frontline foreign language educators and scholars for in-depth dialogue on key issues in AI-era foreign language education.

华东师范大学副校长吴健表示，智能外语教育师资研训中心年度论坛的召开及上海基地在圣华紫竹双语学校的正式授牌，是华东师范大学外语学院依托智能外语教育学科优势、助力基础教育高质量发展的积极探索与务实举措。他指出，智能外语教育不是简单的技术叠加，而是对教育理念、教学方式和评价体系的系统性重塑。学院立足智能教育新赛道，积极探索“人工智能+教师教育”融合模式，搭建系统化、常态化的教师专业发展赋能平台，助力基础教育外语师资提质赋能、专业成长。未来，上海基地将立足上海、辐射长三角、面向全国，聚焦基础教育教师培训，打造智能外语教育的“策源地”和“示范田”，为新时代外语教师专业成长及外语教育数字化转型贡献师大智慧。

Mr. Wu Jian, Vice President of ECNU, noted that both the forum and the inauguration mark a significant milestone in the School of Foreign Languages’ dedication to this field. He emphasized that intelligent foreign language education concerns holistic human development and the building of an education powerhouse. Looking ahead, the Shanghai Base will serve as a hub for intelligent foreign language education, contributing to the digital transformation of the field.

闵行区副区长张贤表示，此次论坛是华东师范大学与闵行区校地合作的标志性成果，也是双方赋能区域教育的全新起点。研训中心上海基地落户闵行，既是华东师范大学推动学术资源下沉一线的务实举措，也是闵行参与区域师资培育、打通高教与基教协同链条的关键一步，为闵行外语教育数字化转型注入核心动力。张贤副区长期待以圣华紫竹双语上海基地校为纽带，深化华东师范大学与吴泾镇、区教育学院等全方位合作，激活“校区、园区、城区”协同效能，为区域人才培养筑牢支撑。

Ms. Zhang Xian, Deputy Director of Minhang District, stated that the forum represents a landmark achievement in university-district collaboration. The establishment of the Shanghai Base in Minhang reflects ECNU’s commitment to bringing academic resources to the frontline and marks a key step in Minhang’s efforts to bridge higher and basic education. She expressed hope for deeper cooperation between ECNU and Minhang District.

现场举行华东师范大学智能外语教育师资研训中心上海基地授牌仪式，授权上海圣华紫竹双语学校作为研训中心的上海基地校。闵行区副区长张贤与华东师范大学副校长吴健共同为研训中心揭牌，吴泾镇镇长陈红铭、闵行区教育学院书记潘蓓蕾、华东师范大学外语学院书记韩春红、外语学院院长杨延宁、副院长赵朝永、上海紫江集团副总裁胡兵、圣华紫竹双语学校校长葛顺勇共同见证这一重要时刻。

The Shanghai Base of the ECNU Intelligent Foreign Language Teacher Training and Research Center was officially inaugurated, with SHZS designated as the Base School. Ms. Zhang Xian and Mr. Wu Jian unveiled the plaque, witnessed by leaders from ECNU, Minhang Education College, Wujing Town, and SHZS.

该研训中心依托华东师范大学外语学院的学术与师资优势，致力于以智能技术服务中小学外语教师专业发展。上海基地的落成，既是对圣华紫竹双语学校外语教育实践的充分肯定，也标志着高校学术资源与基础教育实践场域的深度融通，将为新时代外语教师成长注入持续动力。

The Center leverages the academic strength of ECNU’s School of Foreign Languages to support the professional development of teachers through intelligent technologies. It fully recognizes SHZS’s achievements in foreign language education and marks a deep integration of university resources with frontline practice.

华东师范大学外语学院院长杨延宁教授作题为《人工智能在英语教学中的创新运用》的主旨报告。报告系统梳理了人工智能技术在英语教学各环节中的创新应用路径，深刻阐释技术赋能教育的内在逻辑，为与会教师提供了兼具前瞻性与可操作性的思考框架，现场反响热烈。

Professor Yang Yanning, Dean of ECNU’s School of Foreign Languages, delivered a keynote on “Innovative Use of AI in English Teaching,” systematically exploring AI’s applications across English teaching. His insights were both forward-looking and actionable, resonating strongly with the audience.

在致辞中，华东师范大学外语学院党委书记韩春红表示，智能时代背景下，在提升教学学习效率的同时，促进学生全面发展、落实立德树人根本任务，是每位外语教育研究者与实践者必须共同思考与探索的时代命题。华东师范大学智能外语教育师资研训中心，旨在为全国外语教师专业发展搭建高水平平台。展望未来，华东师范大学外语学院将以该中心为重要依托，深化政校协同、推进校地联动，持续聚焦教师素养提升与专业成长，为推动新时代外语教育高质量发展贡献师大智慧与力量。

In her remarks, Ms. Han Chunhong, Party Secretary of ECNU’s School of Foreign Languages, noted that in the AI era, promoting students’ holistic development while enhancing teaching and learning efficiency is a critical question for all foreign language educators and researchers. The Center aims to provide a high-level platform for the professional development of foreign language teachers nationwide.

随后，上海市世外中学正高级教师、特级教师朱萍作题为《双新背景下初中生英语学习能力培养》的专家报告。她聚焦初中阶段英语学习能力培养的核心挑战，结合扎实的研究与鲜活的教学案例，为一线教师回归育人本质、精准赋能学生能力发展提供了深刻启示。

Ms. Zhu Ping, a senior teacher from Shanghai World Foreign Language Academy, then presented a report on “Cultivating English Learning Competence in Middle School Under the ‘Two-New’ Reform,” offering practical insights and vivid classroom examples for frontline teachers.

圆桌论坛主题为“大中小学一体化视域下外语教师发展使命与实践路径”，由华东师范大学外语学院教授朱彦主持。重庆外国语学校校长王俊、华东师大二附中美的高中执行校长刘睛敏、上海市民办平和学校高中部校长奚立毅、杭州外国语学校副校长李力、上海中学东校副校长林丽华、华东师大二附中附属初中副校长刘蕾、南昌外国语学校英语教研主任王志军等七位资深教育工作者，围绕外语教师在大中小学纵向贯通中的发展路径与实践挑战展开深度对话，汇聚了高中、初中、小学多个学段的实践经验，展现了外语教育研究的整体性与系统性视野。

The roundtable forum, themed “The Mission and Practice of Foreign Language Teacher Development from a K-16 Perspective,” was hosted by Professor Zhu Yan of ECNU. Seven experienced educators from across the country engaged in an in-depth discussion on development pathways and challenges for foreign language teachers at all school levels, reflecting a comprehensive and systemic vision of foreign language education research.

论坛尾声，华东师范大学外语学院副院长王静作总结发言。她对与会嘉宾、专家及教师表示感谢，并对上海基地未来发展作出展望。王静指出，本次论坛实现了理论与实践的双向激活、高校与基础教育的深度协同、数智技术与人文精神的有机融合。未来，华东师范大学外语学院将持续深化与地方教育部门的战略协作，依托上海基地，在课题研究、教师培训、资源共享等方面迈出更坚实的步伐。

Vice Dean Ms. Wang Jing delivered the concluding remarks, expressing gratitude to all participants and offering a vision for the future of the Shanghai Base. She noted that the forum represented a mutual activation of theory and practice, a deep handshake between higher education and basic education, and an organic fusion of digital intelligence with humanistic spirit.

本次论坛不仅是一次凝聚共识的学术盛会，更是一次面向未来的行动宣言。华东师范大学智能外语教育师资研训中心上海基地的正式揭牌，是智能外语教育在新时代落地生根的生动见证。在高校与基础教育同频共振的大格局下，外语教育工作者将以更宽广的视野与坚定的使命，为培养具有家国情怀与全球视野的新时代人才砥砺前行。
