Principal’s Monthly Letter to Parents

Dear parents,
Amidst the lush greenery and refreshing lakeside breeze of midsummer July, our Lanxiang Lake new campus is about to unveil its wonders, eagerly awaited by all! With great excitement, I write to share key updates on the relocation and new academic year plans as we embrace this historic milestone together.
The relocation is progressing smoothly. Having passed rigorous inspections, Lanxiang Lake Campus relocation commenced on July 15. By July 27, the full move from Tanjiatang Campus and primary sections from Zifeng Campus were completed. Staff returned on July 28 to organize facilities, initiating trial operations. Property team is now fully stationed, with all equipment debugged and operational.
Environmental safety remains our priority. New furniture in the administrative centre, canteens, libraries, and select classrooms meets supreme eco-standards. Existing teaching equipment is being repurposed and will be upgraded gradually. Exceeding standard air quality certifications, we implemented infant-grade purification campus-wide, with treatment (July 26–August 4) supported by 24/7 fresh air systems, professional purifiers, activated carbon and plants. Parent representatives jointly oversaw vendor selection and testing to ensure child-safe environments.
Roadwork around the campus is nearing completion. The approved address for Lanxiang Lake Education Park is No.88 Lanxiang Lake East Road, with our east gate at No.181 Sizui Jiao Road. Campus perimeter roads are: east – Sizui Jiao Road, west – Lanxiang Lake East Road, south – Yuqian Road, north – Yuhou Road. Due to Yuqian Road construction, the circular route will open later. Coordinating with transport authorities, we designed staggered drop-off/pick-up zones and dedicated lanes at Sizui Jiao Rd to ensure pedestrian-vehicle separation, with all buses entering campus and staff parking underground.
Logistical upgrades include new vendors: Aiden (canteen) and Chenxin (school bus)—bring expertise from premium Shanghai schools. Kitchen equipment passed inspections and began trial operations. New uniform orders are underway for September retail launch—enhanced quality at unchanged prices. School bus routes now offer door-to-door service with only minimal fare adjustments. Dining transitions to semi-/full buffet models, standardizing menus across grades. Boarding facilities are ready for our house system, with dedicated housemasters, tutors, and supervisors providing holistic support.
