回顾·赋能·展望 | 家校联合会暨专委会期末会议纪实 PARENT-TEACHER COMMITTEE REVIEW
岁末冬日,圣华紫竹双语学校的会议室内却流淌着融融暖意。一场围绕孩子成长的深度对话正在进行——家校联合委员会及各专业委员会的代表们线上线下齐聚一堂,共同回顾这一学期家校携手的点滴,并展望新的一年如何更好地赋能孩子们的发展。
On a winter day, the meeting room at SHZS was filled with warmth as representatives from the school’s Parent-Teacher Committee and various Professional Committees gathered. Together, they reflected on the semester’s progress in home-school collaboration and looked ahead to how they can better support and empower every child in the coming year.
会议伊始,葛顺勇校长与大家一同回顾了本学期学校办学工作的坚实足迹,这些足迹共同勾勒出学校始终坚持的“以学术为核心的全人教育”理念。在这一理念指引下,各学段教育教学均呈现出稳健而充满活力的发展态势。
The meeting began with Principal Leo Ge reviewing the firm footsteps of the school’s educational work this semester, which together outline the school’s steadfast philosophy of “Holistic education with core academics.” Guided by this vision, each academic section demonstrated stable and dynamic development.
在学业方面,学校通过持续深化的差异化教学、精准的质量分析以及系统性的教研联动,为每一位学生的成长提供个性化支持。小学部顺利完成了区绿色指标评估,并在日常教学中有效落实了多样化的评价机制。中学部各年级期末质量检测及区统测均取得优异成绩,其中毕业班“一模”表现尤为突出,A+水平达二十余人,超出区平均水平三倍多,A水平近三十人,亦超区平均水平两倍有余,整体学业质量名列前茅,创下自建校以来历史最佳。
In academics, the primary section completed the district’s green assessment and implemented diverse evaluations. Secondary grades excelled in final and district tests, with the graduating class achieving a breakthrough in the mock exam, multiple subjects ranked top, and A+ students tripled the district average, reaching a school record.
在学生全面发展方面,人文行走与海外研学项目让学生在真实场景中理解历史、感知文化;CCA课程完成“兴趣-专长-校队”三级体系建设,与华东师范大学体育学院的深度合作为体育教育提供专业支撑,旱地冰球、飞镖等项目在各级赛事中屡获佳绩;校园公益实践培育了学生的社会责任与担当;儿童哲学课程持续开展,进一步启发学生思辨能力与价值认知。2025学年,学生在各类活动与竞赛中获奖超600人次,教师获得专业类荣誉逾200项,形成了师生共进、教学相长的良好育人生态。
In holistic development, cultural trips and study abroad programs immerse students in history and culture. The CCA curriculum has built an “interest-specialty-school team” tiered system. In 2025, students earned over 600 awards, and teachers received 200+ professional honors, fostering a thriving teacher-student learning community.
家校共育的深化,离不开专业化的平台支撑。本次会议上,各专业委员会代表分享了本学期的工作成果与下学期规划,展现了家校协同的广度、深度与专业度。
At the meeting, committee representatives shared their semester achievements and future plans, showcasing the depth and professionalism of this partnership.
学术专业委员会分享人刘婷介绍,委员会计划整合高校、企业等资源,通过科普、场馆研学、学科融合课程及竞赛辅导体系建设等多种合作方式,点燃学生的学业兴趣,培养创新思维与实践能力。
Academic Advisory Committee presenter Ms.Liu Ting shared that the committee plans to integrate resources from universities and enterprises through collaborations such as science outreach, field research, interdisciplinary courses, and competition coaching systems.
全球胜任力委员会分享人程娴婷表示,委员会将继续拓展学生的国际视野,通过主题沙龙、项目式学习等活动,在孩子心中深植“世界公民”的种子,培养其跨文化理解力与应对全球性议题的素养。
Global Competence Committee presenter Ms.Cheng Xianting stated that the committee will continue to expand students’ international perspectives through thematic salons and project-based learning activities.
生活保障委员会分享人谢斐用“非常给力”表达了家长们对学校后勤服务的认可。师生同餐、个性化供餐、校服功能细节优化、校车APP精准管理等暖心举措,构筑了孩子们安心成长的坚实后盾。
Campus Life Committee presenter Ms.Xie Fei described the school’s logistics support as “highly effective.” Thoughtful measures, such as shared teacher-student meals, form a solid foundation for students’ secure growth.
健康品牌委员会分享人沈爱娥谈到,委员会聚焦学生心理健康与家庭成长支持,计划新学期推出家庭教育相关的系列沙龙,从情绪管理、亲子沟通等维度赋能家长,营造温暖健康的成长生态。
Wellness & Brand Committee presenter Ms.Shen Ai’e focuses on student and family wellness. The committee will launch family education salons next term, empowering parents in emotional management and parent-child communication to foster a supportive growth environment.
公益慈善委员会分享人王科洁在回顾本学期艺术节慈善义卖成果的基础上,计划将公益实践与生态教育、项目式学习等深度融合,探索建立校园公益微基金等长效机制,培育学生的社会责任与向善品格。
Philanthropy & Service Committee presenter Ms.Wang Kejie plans to integrate philanthropic initiatives with eco-education and project-based learning. The committee will explore long-term mechanisms, aiming to nurture students’ sense of social responsibility and moral character.
多元化发展委员会分享人汤丽表示,委员会正积极整合家长资源,致力于围绕家长课堂、特色课程引入等方面,与学校携手拓展学生综合发展的多元路径。
Diversity & Development Committee presenter Ms.Tang Li stated that the committee is actively integrating parent resources to expand students’ development pathways through parent workshops and specialized course offerings.
在交流互动环节,家校联合会主席周人杰先生回顾了家校平台从无到有、日益壮大的历程。他期待各专委会的规划能从蓝图变为现实,让家校共育的成果惠及每一个孩子。
During the exchange session, Mr.Zhou Renjie, Director of the PTA, reviewed the journey of the home-school platform from its inception to its growing strength. He expressed hope that each committee’s plans would translate from blueprint to reality, benefiting every child.
随后,公益慈善委员会的柯鎏女士关于“人工智能时代,我们应如何培养孩子的核心竞争力”的提问,引发了在场所有人的深思与讨论。葛校长对此认为,学校教育坚持通过课堂学习、活动探究与实践操作相结合的方式,系统培养学生的智力发展、自律习惯、动手能力与多重任务处理能力等,这些核心素养将帮助孩子们在AI时代建立扎实的决策判断力和应对复杂挑战的底层能力。
Ms. Ke Liu from the Philanthropy & Service Committee asked, “How do we develop children’s core competencies in the AI era?”Principal Leo Ge explained that the school focuses on building students’ critical thinking, practical skills, and resilience through integrated learning and hands-on activities—key foundations for navigating an AI-driven future.

学校在每学期开学与期末都会举行家校联合沟通会议,而此次会议具有特殊意义——这是各专业委员会成立以来的首次期末工作会议。这也标志着学校“打开校门办教育”进入了更系统、更深入的新阶段。我们期待未来能有更多家长参与进来,共同为学生的成长保驾护航!
This semester-end PTA meeting held special significance as the first since the establishment of the school’s Professional Committees. It marks our entry into a more systematic and collaborative phase of open-door education. We warmly welcome more parents to join us in supporting every student’s growth.
