文脉书香逐梦圣华｜2025 学年开学典礼圆满举行 OPENING CEREMONY

金秋送爽，丹桂盈香。9月4日，圣华紫竹双语学校2025学年第一学期开学典礼在学校活动中心三楼隆重举行。本次典礼以“文脉书香・逐梦圣华”为主题，全体中学部师生齐聚一堂，以昂扬姿态开启新学期征程。

On September 4th, the grand opening ceremony for the 2025 academic year was held, bringing together the entire secondary school community as they proudly embarked on a new journey.

赓续华章:

文化传承共绘华章

上午十时整，管弦乐团恢弘奏响《Engines of strength》，激昂的旋律如晨光破晓，伴随着乐声荡漾，开学典礼正式拉开帷幕。

Starting at 10am, the orchestra struck up “Engines of Strength” — its powerful melodies ringing through the hall as the ceremony officially began.

精神的传承需要灯塔指引，青春的奋斗需要信念领航。奏唱国歌，全体师生肃然而立，嘹亮的歌声响彻会场，将家国情怀融入在每一个人的心中。

As the national anthem played, all teachers and students stood in solemn silence, their voices resounding through the hall, filling every heart with profound patriotism.

国歌声落，葛顺勇校长在致辞中向全体师生致以新学期的热烈欢迎与诚挚寄语，并深情地表示：“我们终于迎来了真正属于自己的永久家园——美丽的圣华紫竹双语兰香湖校园。”同时寄语孩子们：这片校园不仅是求知的殿堂，更是梦想启航的港湾。鼓励大家珍惜优越的学习环境，在新学期里脚踏实地、志存高远，真正践行“问学启航，明德致远”的校训精神。

As the anthem ended, Principal Leo Ge welcomed all teachers and students to the new semester. “We have finally arrived at our permanent home—the beautiful new campus,” He described the campus as both a place of learning and a harbor for dreams, encouraging everyone to cherish its resources, stay determined, and live out the school’s motto: “Quest for Wisdom, Virtue for Life.”

开学典礼迎来了一个意义深远的时刻——校歌与校徽正式发布。学校管弦乐团与初见少年合唱团带来了《圣华校歌》的首演，凝聚归属与认同，传承圣华共同的文化基因。

The opening ceremony reached a meaningful milestone with the debut of the school song and logo. The orchestra, band, and choir gave their first performance of the School Song, uniting everyone in pride and shared identity.

在“问学启航，明德致远”校训的精神引领下，学校校徽图形自上而下分为三个层次：顶部直线与弧线组合取自学校主入口的国子监式建筑造型，象征问学之门与文化传承；中心图形取意从空中俯瞰兰香湖的造型，象征包容与灵动，又似矗立岸边的灯塔，象征指引与光明；底部交错波形源自兰香湖的波浪，象征理念的交融与生命的律动。校徽整体采用盾形设计，下端开口宛若沙漏，代表时间流淌与心智成熟，寓意学校是滋养学生、提炼智慧的场域。新校徽的正式启用，标志着学校在兰香湖校区焕新启航后的品牌形象将获得进一步强化和提升。

The new logo blends Chinese tradition with global vision, reflecting the school’s spirit and setting — a confident symbol of School growing cultural story.

优秀学子表彰环节将现场气氛推向高潮。本次共表彰四类杰出学生：全国青少年飞镖锦标赛冠军、华澳杯暨博雅杯英语演讲全国决选晋级者、伯克利数学挑战赛获奖者，以及世界学者杯金奖得主。每一项荣誉既凝聚着学子们的汗水，也展现了学校全面育人的优异成果。

The outstanding student awards energized the whole floor. Honorees included national dart champions, English speech finalists, Berkeley math competitors, and World Scholars Cup gold winners—each achievement reflecting both the students’ hard work and the school’s dedication to holistic education.

本次开学典礼，学校创办人沈雯先生也亲临现场，与孩子们亲切互动。在致辞中，创办人沈雯先生首先向全体师生表达了对于顺利搬迁的诚挚问候，并深情回顾了学校八年来的发展历程。他由“一个梦想”娓娓道来——在浦江第一湾，创建一所真正面向未来的学校。如今，高标准的新校园已投入使用，校训、校徽与校歌也正式确立并发布。最后，他殷切勉励同学们，要肩负时代的使命，努力成长为胸怀家国、放眼世界社会的栋梁之才。

In his closing speech, founder Mr. Shen Wen warmly greeted the teachers and students on the successful relocation and reflected on the school’s eight-year journey. He shared the founding dream of establishing a future-focused school by the Pujiang rivers—a vision now realized with the new high-standard campus and the official launch of the school’s motto, logo, and song. He encouraged students to take on the mission of the time and grow into capable leaders with both Chinese roots and a global perspective.

童心筑梦:

特色乐园开启新趣

诺贝尔和平奖得主诺布雷教授为学校湖畔萌宠乐园揭牌。这一融童趣与自然于一体的特色空间正式落成，不仅为校园增添了活力与温度，更体现了学校致力于学生全面发展、培养爱心与责任感的育人价值观。

Nobel laureate Professor Nobre unveiled the school’s Lakeside Zoomland — a testament to its commitment to holistic education and to nurturing compassionate, responsible students.

启迪未来:

诺奖智慧点亮成长

本次开学典礼延续了“院士专家进校园”系列传统，特邀诺贝尔和平奖得主、巴西著名地球系统科学家卡洛斯·诺布雷教授为全体师生带来精彩的“开学第一课”。

The opening ceremony continued its “Academics on Campus” series by inviting Nobel laureate Professor Carlos Nobre from Brazil to deliver an inspiring First Lecture to the school community.

在与八年级学生Daisy和Joe的互动交流中，他勉励在场学子，不仅要成为知识的追寻者，更要成为未来的环保先锋；既要心系家国，也要放眼世界，用智慧与行动为应对全球气候危机贡献中国青年的力量。

During a talk with students Daisy and Joe from G8, he encouraged everyone to seek knowledge while also stepping up as future leaders in environmental protection. He urged them to care for both their homeland and the wider world, and to apply their wisdom and action to tackle the global climate crisis.

典礼在热烈的气氛中圆满落幕，而属于每一位学子的新征程，此刻正徐徐展开。以文化底蕴为根基，以全球视野为羽翼，圣华学子正成长为中国情怀与国际视野并存的新一代。梦想，自此启程；未来，尽在脚下。

The ceremony closed on an uplifting note as a new journey begins for each student. Grounded in culture and open to the world, SHZS students are emerging as a generation rooted in China yet engaged globally. Now, their dreams set sail—the future is theirs to shape.
