教学展评丨全人视角下的学科育人:创新·融合·成长Teaching Demonstration & Review


以“全人视角下的学科育人:创新·融合·成长”为主题的教学展评活动圆满落幕。此次活动由教师发展中心统筹,覆盖两个校区的中小学部含博雅项目的全体中外教、全学科教师,有效促进了全人教育和大学科贯通建设理念的落地与实施,展现教育的多元视角,呈现课堂教学的多样态。

The teaching demonstration under the theme “Holistic Education in Subject Teaching: Innovation, Integration, Growth” has concluded successfully. Organized by the Teacher Development Center, this event engaged all faculty—including local and international teachers from both campuses and the Trivium program—across every subject. It effectively advanced our holistic education philosophy and interdisciplinary teaching approaches, showcasing diverse perspectives and dynamic classroom practices.

Holistic Education

“全人教育”不仅关注学生的学术能力,更注重品格发展、跨文化素养与社会责任感的培养。本次展评活动鼓励教师突破传统教学模式,在课堂中融入批判性思维、情感教育、全球视野等元素,引导学生成为学识渊博、人格完善的终身学习者。

Holistic education nurtures not only academic excellence but also character, cross-cultural competence, and social responsibility. During the demonstration, teachers reimagined traditional pedagogy by weaving critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and global awareness into lessons, guiding students to become lifelong learners with both knowledge and integrity.

学科整合创新育人

Innovative Teaching

深化“大学科建设”是本次活动的重要目标之一。教师们在展评中充分展现了学科内知识整合与跨学科协作教学的能力。打破学科界限,将不同学科的知识有机融合,为学生构建了一个更加立体、丰富的知识体系。这种跨学科的教学模式,不仅激发了学生的学习兴趣,更培养了他们的综合思维能力和创新能力。

A key focus was deepening “Macro-Disciplinary Construction.” Teachers demonstrated exceptional skill in blending knowledge within and across subjects—breaking disciplinary boundaries to build multidimensional learning experiences. These approaches ignited student curiosity while cultivating synthetic and innovative thinking.

教学创新博雅融合

Pedagogy Innovation

在博雅课程的本土化融合与国际标准衔接方面,教师们也进行了大胆的探索和创新。他们将国际先进的教育理念与本土文化相结合,设计出了一系列既具有国际视野又贴近学生实际的课程内容。这些课程不仅提升了学生的学术能力,还在品格塑造、社会责任感培养等方面发挥了重要作用。

Our Trivium program teachers boldly bridged international best practices with local context. Their designed curricula—globally minded yet locally grounded—not only elevated academic excellence but also fostered character development and civic awareness.

交流平台共同成长

 Growth

本次展评活动采用线上线下两种模式进行,既开放现场沉浸式观课,也支持云端实时直播与线上互动。在活动中,教师们积极分享教学经验,交流教学心得,共同探讨教学中的问题与挑战。这种开放的交流氛围,不仅促进了教师之间的相互学习和成长,也为优化双语教学模式提供了宝贵的思路和方法。

The demonstration offered both immersive on-site observation and real-time online participation. Teachers actively exchanged insights and tackled pedagogical challenges together, creating an open community of practice that enriches our bilingual education model.
