大家好，我是圣华紫竹双语学校六（2）班的汤壹诺。我喜欢京剧，工老生，师从国家一级演员余派传人王珮瑜。

PART.ONE

余派传人的艺术之路

The Artistic Path of a Yu School Disciple

初次邂逅京剧，唱词虽拗口，动作虽繁复，我却意外地沉浸其中。这份纯粹的热爱让我勤学苦练，最终有幸成为余派名家王珮瑜老师的弟子。

My first encounter with Peking Opera was enchanting—despite challenging lyrics and intricate movements, I was deeply drawn in. This passion drove me to practice diligently, and eventually become a disciple of Wang Peiyu, a celebrated inheritor of the Yu School tradition.

学戏至今，老师始终以专业标准严格要求我的唱念做打，更让我深刻体会到京剧作为传统文化承载的厚重使命。在旋律与身段之外，戏曲中的家国情怀、礼义廉耻等精神内核，也深深影响着我的成长。

Under her guidance, I’ve learned not just the technical mastery of singing, recitation, acting, and acrobatics, but also the profound cultural legacy embedded in the art. Beyond melodies and gestures, the operas’ themes of patriotism, integrity, and moral virtue have profoundly shaped my growth.

在她的引领下，我多次登上全国性舞台，在实践中精进技艺。

With her mentorship, I’ve graced national stages to hone my craft.

初试锋芒：亮相山东卫视《戏宇宙》、东方卫视中秋晚会、山西卫视《戏聚长治》等节目，展现京剧魅力。

Debut Highlights: I showcased Peking Opera on Shandong TV’s Opera Universe, Dragon TV’s Mid-Autumn Gala, and Shanxi TV’s Opera in Changzhi.

绽放光彩：参与央视戏曲春晚、少儿春晚录制，在更广阔的舞台传播国粹艺术。

Shining Moments: I performed at CCTV’s Opera Spring Festival Gala and Children’s Gala, sharing this heritage art with wider audiences.

文化使者：与王珮瑜老师共同站立中轴线，面相世界，出演中轴线申遗微纪录片《一脉》，向世界发出京剧新生代的声音，也为北京中轴线申遗成功贡献了自己的一份力量。

Cultural Ambassador: I stood alongside Master Wang Peiyu on Beijing’s Central Axis for the micro-documentary A Continuous Thread, lending my voice as a new-generation practitioner.

每一次登台，都是对技艺的打磨，更是对文化传承使命的践行。从舞台到荧幕，我始终以行动证明：京剧艺术，薪火相传。

Every performance polishes my skills and reaffirms my commitment to cultural transmission. From stage to screen, I strive to prove: Peking Opera’s flame burns bright in young hands.

PART.TWO

京剧梦与成长同行

Peking Opera Dreams & Growth

2024年，我有幸加入圣华紫双这个温暖的大家庭，开启了一段精彩的成长之旅。在这里，我将京剧”唱念做打”的专注精神融入学习，收获满满。在老师们的精心指导下，我多次荣获”进步之星”、”学科之星”等称号，每一份荣誉都见证着我学业的精进。

In 2024, I joined Shenghua Zizhu’s warm community, embarking on a journey where Peking Opera’s discipline—singing, recitation, acting, and acrobatics—fueled my academic growth. With teachers’ guidance, I earned honors like “Most Improved” and “Subject Star,” each marking my progress.

在这里，不但提升了我的学术素养，而且为京剧这份传统艺术插上了创新的翅膀。

Here, my academic skills flourished, while tradition met innovation.

在国庆合唱活动中，我身着京剧扮相，与同学们共同演绎《光亮》，让传统声腔与现代旋律碰撞出惊艳火花；通过学生讲坛，我将老生髯口的奥秘娓娓道来，让更多同龄人领略京韵之美。让我欣喜的是，开始有同学模仿着甩髯口的动作，还有人开始学唱经典选段。这份传统艺术的种子，在更多同龄人心中生根发芽。

At the National Day choir, I performed Light in Peking Opera attire, blending classical vocals with modern melodies. In student forums, I explained the artistry behind the old character’s beard movements, sparking peers’ interest—some even mimicking the techniques!

最难忘的是在校会上我和伙伴用英文全新演绎《西游记》，这次尝试不仅让我的英语口语突飞猛进，更让我学会用国际视角重新解读经典。这正是圣华紫双最珍贵的馈赠——在这里，传统文化与双语教育不是平行线，而是相互成就的成长双翼。

Most memorably, I reimagined Journey to the West in English during a school assembly. This not only boosted my fluency but taught me to reinterpret classics through a global lens—a testament to how Shenghua Zizhu bridges tradition and bilingualism.

PART.THREE

CCA课程：发现不一样的自己

CCA: Discovering New Horizons

在CCA课上，沉稳安静的我竟在棒球课上找到了竞技体育的激情。团队协作、挥棒击球的快感，让我发现了自己全新的一面。

In CCA classes, even a quiet soul like me found the thrill of competitive sports through baseball—the teamwork, the crack of the bat—revealing a side I never knew existed.

音乐老师用他独特的教学魅力，让我这个唱老生的”沉稳派”发现了马林巴的节奏之美。原来，传统与流行可以如此和谐共存。

Our music teacher, with his unique charm, helped this “traditionalist” discover the rhythmic magic of the marimba. Who knew heritage and modernity could harmonize so beautifully?

在卜老师的专业指导下，我的摄影爱好得到了质的飞跃。从构图到用光，每一次快门都记录着成长的轨迹。

Under Mr. Bu’s expert guidance, my photography skills leaped forward. Every shot—framing, lighting—captures my growth.

初见你时，便觉你如庭前翠竹——静立时自有风骨，起舞时尽显风华。这一年里，你以京剧人的专注对待学业，用求学者的热忱传承艺术，在”守正”与”出新”间找到了完美的平衡。更可贵的是，你总能把京剧”一棵菜”的团结精神带入班级，让传统文化在同学们心中生根发芽。这份文化自觉与创新意识，正是”卓越均衡，面向世界”理念的最佳诠释。愿你始终带着这份难得的定力与灵气，让学术与艺术比翼齐飞。相信终有一日，我们会在世界舞台的中央，看见你以学者之思诠释传统，以艺术家之姿对话未来。
