大家好，我是来自三（5）班的陆米洋。我是一个积极进取的男孩，在追求全面发展的道路上，我始终保持热情，不断探索新的可能性。
Hello everyone, I’m LU Miyang from Class 3, Grade 5. I’m an ambitious boy who is always eager to explore new possibilities on my journey toward well-rounded development.
我坚信“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者”，并将这句话作为我的座右铭，乐于在求知的过程中发现新奇与乐趣。
I firmly believe in the saying, “Those who know are not as good as those who love, and those who love are not as good as those who enjoy.” This serves as my motto, and I take pleasure in discovering new and exciting things while pursuing knowledge.
Part.01 润泽心灵的校园时光
Campus Life
记得两年前刚入学时的我，就像一张白纸，期待着被多彩的生活所填充。圣华紫竹双语学校不仅为我打开了知识的大门，更以它独特的方式让我体验到了成长的乐趣。
I remember when I first started school two years ago, I was excited about all the different activities that awaited me. My school not only opened the doors to knowledge but also let me enjoy the journey of growth in its own unique way.
校园里丰富多彩的活动为我提供了全方位的成长平台。无论是数学周的逻辑挑战、英语周的语言浸润，还是演讲赛上的自信展现，每一次参与都让我在不同的领域得到了锻炼和提升。更重要的是，在这个充满活力的环境中，我遇到了一群特别的人——那些和蔼可亲的老师以及热情洋溢的同学。他们的笑容如同阳光般温暖，让整个校园变成了一个温馨的大家庭。
The vibrant array of activities on campus provided me with a well-rounded platform for development. From the logic challenges during Math Week to the language immersion during English Week, and the confidence I gained from participating in the speech competitions, each event allowed me to improve in various areas. More importantly, in this dynamic environment, I met some amazing people—friendly teachers and enthusiastic classmates. Their smiles were as warm as sunshine, making the entire school feel like one big, welcoming family.
Part.02 热爱交织的生活乐章
Hobbies
每当我翻开一本书，便立刻沉浸在一个全新的世界中。每一个故事都激发了我的好奇心，我也喜欢把自己想象中的世界用文字描绘出来。在课余时间，我会写一些小故事或者日记，记录下每一天发生的新鲜事。我希望将来能成为一名作家，写出更多让大家喜欢的故事。
Every time I open a book, I find myself transported into a whole new world. Each story sparks my curiosity, and I love using words to illustrate the worlds I’ve imagined. During my free time, I write short stories and keep a diary to capture the interesting moments of each day. I hope to become a writer one day, sharing stories that everyone will enjoy.
我在喜马拉雅少儿平台上开设了自己的节目，已经连载了好几个系列的故事。让我感到既惊喜又自豪的是，我的节目受到了很多小朋友的喜爱，现在已经有了一大批忠实听众。每当收到他们的留言或是点赞时，都会让我觉得所有的努力都是值得的。
I’ve launched my own program on the Children’s platform of Himalayan, where I’ve serialized several stories. It’s both surprising and rewarding to see that many children love my show, and I’ve gained a loyal audience. Whenever I receive their messages or likes, it reinforces that all my hard work has been worthwhile.
在明媚的阳光下奔跑，在激烈的比赛中与队友们并肩作战，汗水从额头滑落，这种体验总是让我感到无比畅快。我喜欢那种全力以赴、挥汗如雨的感觉。
Running under the bright sunshine and competing fiercely alongside my teammates, feeling the sweat trickle down my forehead, gives me an incredible rush. I truly enjoy the exhilaration that comes from giving it my all in sports.
钢琴不仅让我沉浸在音乐的美妙世界中，更是一种放松心灵的方式。在忙碌的学习和紧张的比赛之后，弹琴总能让我平静下来，忘却一天的疲惫，找到内心的宁静和平和。对我来说，音乐与运动是一种享受生活的方式。
Playing the piano immerses me in the beautiful world of music and serves as a way to relax my mind. After busy study sessions and intense competitions, playing the piano helps me unwind, forget the day’s exhaustion, and find inner peace. For me, both music and sports are ways to savor life.
Part.03 滋养心灵的公益之旅
Charity
我除了积极参加学校的公益活动，也是“春蕾计划”和联合国儿童基金会长期的捐助人。每次捐款，我都用自己积攒的零花钱。虽然我的零花钱不多，但每一分钱都代表着我的心意。这些学校和社会实践活动不仅丰富了我的见识，还教会了我珍惜和感恩。每次看到我们的努力能够帮助到需要帮助的人，我都会感到特别开心和满足。
In addition to actively participating in school community service activities, I am also a long-term donor to the “Spring Bud Project” and UNICEF. I contribute from my pocket money, which isn’t much, but every little bit reflects my heartfelt support. These school and social initiatives have not only broadened my horizons but also taught me the value of appreciation and gratitude. Each time I see our efforts making a difference for those in need, I feel incredibly happy and fulfilled.
