大家好，我是来自九（5）班的池夏欣。老师的声声教诲如潺潺溪流，学友们的共同奋进似烈烈长风，推动我不断前行。圣华紫竹双语为我搭建了广阔无垠的舞台，赋予了我无限的可能，让我在一次次的磨砺与锻炼中，如破茧之蝶飞速成长。
Hello everyone, I’m Chi Xiaxin from Class 5, Grade 9. The guidance of my teachers flows like a gentle stream, and the camaraderie of my peers drives me forward like a mighty wind. At Shenghua Zizhu Bilingual School, I’ve been given a boundless stage and endless possibilities, allowing me to grow rapidly through challenges—like a butterfly breaking free from its cocoon.

艺体并进 Arts & Athletics:
梦想舞台的多彩舞者
我以坚韧不拔之志，怀揣对民乐的热爱与执着，锲而不舍地坚持学习中阮逾八载春秋。学校的民乐社团，为我提供了尽情展示的舞台。无论是热闹非凡的校艺术节，还是喜气洋洋的迎新活动、或是热闹的庆元宵联谊、一场场精彩的艺术活动中，都有我自信演奏的身影。
With perseverance and a deep love for traditional music, I’ve dedicated over eight years to mastering the zhongruan. The school’s folk music club has given me a platform to shine—whether at the lively Arts Festival, New Year celebrations, or Lantern Festival events, my confident performances have left a mark.
凭借努力，我有幸被评选为校优秀社团团员。在不懈的追求中，我成为了市级学生艺术团的一员，多次随团登台演出，在盛大的专场演出与激烈的比赛中绽放光彩。连续两年，我荣膺学校及市级学生艺术团优秀团员的称号。
My efforts earned me the title of Outstanding Club Member, and I later joined a municipal-level student art troupe, performing in grand concerts and tight competitions. For two consecutive years, I was honored as an Outstanding Member at both school and city levels.
尤其在2023年的“春申华韵 国乐少年”专场音乐会上，我以声部首席的身份，引领旋律，当上海交响音乐厅内掌声响起，我自豪——我成为了民乐传承之路上的小小火炬手。
A highlight was the 2023 “Spring in Shanghai, Rhyme in China: Young Virtuosos of Traditional Music” concert, where I led as principal performer at the Shanghai Symphony Hall. The applause filled me with pride—I had become a tiny torchbearer for our cultural heritage.
我多年坚持练习国画，享受用画笔描绘生活之绚烂。我也收获颇丰，于各类比赛中屡屡斩获佳绩。
I’ve also practiced Chinese painting for years, capturing life’s beauty with brushstrokes. I have also reaped a rich harvest and have achieved excellent results in various competitions.
在体育运动方面，我擅长短跑、跳远、跳绳。尤其是短跑，今年校运会上那追风逐电的少女便是我。我视班级荣誉如珍宝，多次在校运会的跳绳与接力赛中全力以赴，为班级争得荣誉。
In sports, I excel in long jump, rope skipping, and especially sprinting. This year’s school sports day saw me as the girl who chased the wind, and I’ve proudly brought glory to my class in rope skipping and relay races.
作为校公众号及校运会形象宣传大使之一，我以热情和活力传递着校园的精彩，多次担任学校庆典活动主持人，用自己的汗水和拼搏舞动青春。
As a school ambassador for social media and sports events, I’ve hosted many celebrations and shared campus vibrancy with passion and energy, dancing through my youth with sweat and perseverance.

勤学善思 Diligence & Reflection：
知识海洋的坚毅航行者
在学业上，我是一名稳扎稳打的毅行者。学习态度一丝不苟，致力于各科知识的均衡发展，多次被学校评为“卓越之星”和“学科之星”。面对学习过程中遇到的难题，会迎难而上，在失败中反思，于勤奋里追寻。
Academically, I’m a determined explorer. Striving for balanced excellence, I’ve been repeatedly recognized as “Star of Excellence” and “Subject Star.” Challenges only fuel my resolve—I learn from setbacks and push forward with diligence.
我热爱传统文化，尤其喜爱古诗词。在课堂上，我积累了丰富的知识。在老师的悉心教导和帮助下，我在区古诗文比赛中获得佳绩，并被评为区优秀传统文化教育“优秀学生”。
My love for traditional culture, especially classical poetry, led me to accumulate a wealth of knowledge in class. With my teachers’ careful guidance and help, I thrived in district-level competitions and was honored as an Outstanding Student in Traditional Cultural Education.

爱好广泛 Diverse Interests：
生活舞台的活力探索者
阅读于我，是一场场穿梭书页的奇幻旅程，让我领略万千世界的独特风景。我尤其喜爱学校的语文周，那是一段充满诗意与激情的时光。图书馆内，我和同学们一同沉浸在文学的海洋，我们一起感受着文人墨客的风骨与情怀。
Reading whisks me away on magical journeys through the pages of books, allowing me to experience the unique landscapes of the world. I especially love our school’s Chinese Language Week, a time filled with poetry and passion. In the library, my classmates and I immerse ourselves in literary wonders, feeling the spirit and sentiment of poets and writers.
烹饪则是我闲暇时光的挚爱，尤其偏爱中式甜点的细腻与甜蜜，这份热爱让我乐此不疲。
Cooking is my favorite pastime, especially making delicate and sweet Chinese desserts, which I never tire of.
摄影是我探索世界的另一种方式，我用镜头定格花鸟鱼虫的生动瞬间，这份对美的追求让我有幸获得了区生态文明实践活动的昆虫微距摄影奖。科创，是我对未来无限憧憬的体现，这份热衷与执着让我在第37届闵行区青少年科技创新大赛中荣获一等奖。
Photography is another way I explore the world. I capture the vivid moments of nature with my camera, winning an insect macro photography award in the district’s ecological civilization practice activity. My passion and perseverance for science and innovation also earned me first prize at the 37th Minhang District Youth Science and Innovation Competition.
在假期里，我更是热衷于组织并参与社会实践活动，比如前往中医馆学习传统中医知识，担任图书馆志愿者等。
During holidays, I am enthusiastic about organizing and joining social practice activities, like learning traditional Chinese medicine knowledge at TCM clinics and volunteering at libraries.
这些活动极大地丰富了我的课余生活,培养了我的社会责任感，让我在生活的舞台上更加全面地发展。
These experiences have greatly enriched my spare time and deepen my sense of social responsibility, allowing me to develop more comprehensively on the stage of life.
当四载时光飞逝过，六月骊歌奏响之时。我坚信，理想的风定照进现实，熬过的夜，终将化作璀璨星光，照亮我们追梦前程。那时，我和同窗们必将深情回望这片滋养我们的圣华紫竹热土，感恩曾风雨同甘的老师们。
你始终以自己的步调，走好每一步，学习努力奋进，同学关系融洽，更可贵的是，你一直坚持着自身的爱好和特长。多才多艺的你，一直在自己的道路上坚持。你如一棵默默生长的树，根深叶茂，虽不疾不徐，却始终向上。你的坚持，你的努力，总能让人感受到蓬勃的生命力，愿你在未来的日子里，如花般绽放，如诗般隽永。
