融合创新 “艺”启育人丨2024年上海市课后服务教师培训成果展示活动在我校举行


为进一步做好学校课后服务工作,2024年12月19日,我校在上海市教育委员会、上海市科学技术协会指导下,承办了由上海市科技艺术教育中心和上海市科学技术协会科学教育中心共同组织实施的上海市2024年课后服务教师培训成果“‘艺’启新‘视’界,携手向未来”主题展示活动。

On December 19, 2024, under the guidance of the Shanghai Education Commission and the Shanghai Science and Technology Association, our school hosted the “’Art’ Opens New ‘Visions,’ Moving Forward Together” theme exhibition of the Shanghai 2024 After-School Service Teacher Training Program. The event was jointly organized by the Shanghai Science and Technology Art Education Center and the Shanghai Science Education Center.


Part I

课后延时涵养学校特色文化品牌


本次活动由我校发展中心主任王红梅老师主持,活动特别邀请上海市科技艺术教育中心、闵行区教育学院、普陀区青少年教育活动中心、长宁区少年宫及吴泾镇领导特别出席。还有来自50多家单位,近百名校领导和老师参与。

活动在“环游地球”的开场舞中拉开序幕。

With an integrated approach, after-school education is blossoming in new ways. During the event’s micro-forum, participants gathered to exchange ideas and explore the practical outcomes of new forms of after-school education. The goal is to create a more diverse and efficient environment for students.

Part II

文创设计  & 影视技术

“艺”启新“视”界

在本次课后服务教师培训成果展示中,我校推出”非遗美术与创意设计””影视与数字媒体艺术”两个教师培训项目现场课堂展示活动。

In the exhibition of the works of after-school service teacher training program, our school presented the “Creative Exhibits: Art Exploring New Horizons” on-site classroom display. The session was co-taught by Ms. Yan Kewen, a teacher of Creative Design, and Ms. Bu Xiaolan, a teacher of Film and TV Fundamentals and Art.

本次展示课是在学校“环游地球80天”实践活动探索下的双师融合的创意实践,基于中外文化融合下的文创设计,通过影视技术应用,让观众直观感受到产品设计的巧思与趣味。

This demo lesson was part of our school’s “Around the World in 80 Days” practical activities and showcased a dual-teacher approach to creative practice.


Part III

融合视域·课后育人新形态

在学校“环游地球80天”学科融合项目背景下,课程设计注重三个融合:中国非遗文化漏窗与世界六国文化融合,平面设计到立体造型及影视宣传手段融合跨年级跨学部学习小组融合,多维度提升学生综合素养。学校还创设展示平台,让学生在轻松环境中交流成长。

In the context of the school’s “Around the World in 80 Days” subject integration project, the curriculum design focuses on three integrations: the integration of Chinese intangible cultural heritage, traditional windows, with the cultures of six countries around the world, the integration of graphic design into three-dimensional modeling and media, and the integration of cross-grade and cross-division study groups to enhance students’ comprehensive literacy in multiple dimensions. The school also creates a display platform for students to communicate and grow in a relaxing environment. 

本堂课是双师融合的创意实践项目,两位教师共同备课,指导G3-G5、G7学生共同设计文创冰箱贴,拍摄制作视频,融合多学科特色,提升学生核心素养。

This lesson is a dual-teacher integration of creative practice projects, two teachers work together to prepare lessons, guide students to design cultural and creative refrigerator stickers, filming and production of videos, integration of multi-disciplinary features to enhance the core literacy of students. 

文创冰箱贴推介会上,学生团队合作,展现设计图、模型和特色视频。三名G7学生现场拍摄,运用推、拉、摇、移等手法,多机位、多角度将课堂细节呈现在大屏幕,以更好地呈现观课效果。

In the Cultural and Creative Fridge Magnets Presentation, students worked in teams to present designs, models, and video clips.

文创冰箱贴设计

圣华紫竹双语学校注重贯通式创新实践活动的探索,本次双师课堂的课后服务教师培训活动创新性的通过以大带小、以小启大的跨学部、跨学科、混龄融合探究方式,不仅易于知识互补与拓展,更有助于各年龄段的学生积累学科知识与实践经验,激发学生创新思维,对于提升学生领导力和团队协作能力,促进个人全面发展有着重要教育意义,开拓了课后育人新样态。

Shanghai Shenghua Zizhu Bilingual School emphasizes innovative practices that bridge different fields. The after-school teacher training program showcased a pioneering dual-teacher approach that combines cross-disciplinary, cross-department, and mixed-age methods. This approach not only fosters knowledge exchange and expansion but also helps students from different age groups accumulate subject knowledge and practical experience. It stimulates students’ innovative thinking, strengthens leadership and teamwork skills, and promotes overall personal development—opening new pathways for after-school education.
