行走齐鲁大地,感悟圣贤智慧|G6人文行走研学纪实 Enrichment Trip
读万卷书,行万里路。人文行走是上海圣华紫竹双语学校社会实践探究课程的重要组成部分。六年级的同学们开启了一场关于文化、礼仪与成长的人文行走之旅,在圣贤的足迹里,找到成长的力量。
Enrichment Trip is a vital part of social practice curriculum at SHZS. Our G6 students embarked on a journey of culture, ritual, and growth—following in the footsteps of ancient sages to find the power within.
六年级的人文行走,同学们选择了一条特殊的道路——不是去远方看风景,而是回到两千多年前,去赴一场与先贤的约定。
They chose a special path—back over two thousand years to keep an appointment with the sages.
PART.01
为什么要去曲阜?
Why Qufu?
因为这里是中国文化最深处的根。孔子在此诞生,孟子在此成长,儒家思想在此发源并流淌了两千五百余年。当同学们站在孔庙的千年古柏下,触摸那些斑驳的石碑,会突然明白:课本上的“学而时习之”“己所不欲,勿施于人”,从来不是冰冷的文字,而是有温度、有呼吸的生命智慧。
Qufu is the deepest root of Chinese culture. Confucian thought has flowed through here for over 2,500 years. Standing beneath the cypress trees and touching the weathered stone tablets, our students suddenly understood: the classic sayings from their textbooks are not cold words, but living wisdom with warmth and breath.

行走,是为了让文化“活”过来
Bringing Culture to Life
在颜庙,同学们学习“孔颜乐处”——孔子和颜回在粗茶淡饭中依然快乐的精神。颜回“一箪食,一瓢饮,在陋巷,人不堪其忧,回也不改其乐”。这不是苦中作乐,而是内心丰盈的人,不需要太多外物来证明自己。这种生活态度,是快节奏时代里,我们最需要的定力。
At the Yan Temple, students learned about the “joy of Confucius and Yan Hui”— a rich inner life needs little external proof. This way of living is exactly the steady anchor we need in today’s fast-paced world.
在尼山圣境,同学们参观贤人堂,聆听贤人事迹。执一支笔,蘸一方墨,在宣纸上写下论语篇章。笔尖触碰纸面的那一刻,两千多年前的教诲仿佛穿越而来——原来文化传承,可以如此具体而真实。在大型礼乐演出《金声玉振》与灯光秀中,同学们再次沉浸在儒家文化的震撼与美感中。
At Nishan Sacred Land, students visited the Hall of Virtuous Figures and listened to their stories. The teachings from over two thousand years ago seemed to cross time—making cultural inheritance tangible and real. The grand ritual performance and light show immersed them in the power and beauty of Confucian culture.

仪式感,是对传统的致敬
A Tribute to Tradition
在孟庙,同学们重走孟母三迁的足迹。一位母亲为了给孩子最好的成长环境,三次搬家——这不是古老的故事,而是跨越时空的教育启示。孟子说“富贵不能淫,贫贱不能移,威武不能屈”,这十五个字,是中国人骨头里的精气神。当圣华学子真正站在孟子故里的土地上,这些句子会从背诵的要求,变成内心的力量。
At the Mencius Temple, students retraced the footsteps of Mencius’s mother, who moved three times to give her son the best environment for growth. Mencius’s words, “Neither wealth nor rank can corrupt him, poverty nor humble station can sway him, might nor force can bend him,” capture the very spirit of the Chinese people.
穿汉服,行拜师礼。圣华学子在校长的带领下庄严地参拜孔子,这不是表演,而是一种郑重的承诺:承诺尊重知识,承诺尊师重道,承诺将这份文明接续下去。当钟声在孔庙响起,当花篮敬献于孔子墓前,同学们会懂得:一个人可以走得很快,但一群人、一代人,需要共同的信仰才能走得更远。
Wearing traditional Hanfu, students performed a solemn teacher-saluting ceremony led by Principal Leo Ge. This was a heartfelt promise: to respect knowledge, honor teachers, and carry forward this civilization. Our students came to understand—one may walk fast alone, but together, one generation with another, shared belief carries us far.

从“知道”到“悟道”
From Knowing to Understanding
探秘三孔(孔府、孔庙、孔林),同学们不用寻常的方式。解谜、任务、小组协作——历史不再是陈列在玻璃柜里的文物,而是一场需要动脑筋、花心思的探索。在世界文化遗产中,圣华学子发现了不一样的儒家文化。
Exploring the Confucius’s Mansion, Temple and Forest, students went beyond the ordinary. Through puzzles, tasks, and group collaboration, history became a challenging and thoughtful exploration. Our students discovered a different, more personal Confucian culture.
韦编三绝的体验,让同学们亲手触摸非遗技艺的温度;国学课堂上的《弟子规》,让大家重新审视日常行为的准则。
Threading bamboo slips introduced students to intangible cultural heritage. Meanwhile, the Disciple’s Rules prompted them to reflect anew on daily conduct.

行走之后,收获了什么?
What Do We Carry Forward?
三天很短,但种子已经埋下。我们希望孩子们带走的是:对传统文化的亲近感,而非畏惧感;对民族精神的认同感,而非疏离感;对自我修养的自觉,而非被动。孔子博物馆里的闭营仪式上,当人文行走证书握在手中,那不仅是一张纸,而是一段经历的封印——证明圣华学子曾经站在中国文化的源头,听过、看过、感受过。未来的某一天,当同学们面对人生的高山深涧,或许会想起孔孟之乡的风,想起千年古柏下的拜师礼,想起那句“士不可以不弘毅,任重而道远”——然后,坚定地走下去。
Three days is short, but seeds have been planted.We hope our students take away a sense of identity with our national spirit, and an active commitment to self-cultivation. At the closing ceremony, they held the seal of an experience, proof that they once stood at the source of Chinese culture. One day, when facing life’s high mountains and deep valleys, they might recall the wind of Qilu, the teacher-saluting ceremony, and the words “A scholar must be broad-minded and resolute, for the road ahead is long”—and then, keep walking.

成长,从来不只发生在教室里。三天的研学之旅,是一次文化的朝圣,更是一次心灵的成长。圣华学子在孔孟故里,学会了尊师、礼让、坚韧与担当。愿这份来自圣贤故里的精神滋养,成为他们未来路上最温暖的光。
