冠军领航 逐梦圣华｜游泳奥运冠军覃海洋受邀担任学校体育副校长

On April 10, SHZS welcomed Olympic champion Mr. Qin Haiyang as its Honorary Vice Principal of P.E. Ms. Hu Hong, Inspector of the Shanghai Sports Bureau, Ms. Hu Bing, Vice President of Zijiang Group, along with school leaders and students, gathered to witness this inspiring moment. On the eve of the PE exam, the champion’s spirit lit up the campus and filled our students with motivation and strength.

活动在精彩的暖场表演中拉开帷幕。校交响乐团倾情演奏校歌，旋律悠扬，展现学子昂扬风貌；活力四射的体育项目串烧动感登场，力量与节奏碰撞，点燃全场热情。

The event began with a vibrant warm-up performance. The orchestra played the school anthem, followed by a lively sports showcase featuring track, igniting the energy of the entire audience.

葛顺勇校长正式宣布：覃海洋先生正式受邀担任上海圣华紫竹双语学校荣誉体育副校长。他回顾了上月国产大飞机总设计师吴光辉院士受邀担任学校科技辅导员的荣耀时刻，感慨道：“一位托举大国重器翱翔蓝天，一位劈波斩浪为国争光。学校不断引入优秀的榜样者，就是希望同学们在成长路上，有光可追、有梦可做。”

Principal Leo Ge announced Mr. Qin Haiyang’s appointment. He recalled last month’s ceremony when aircraft chief designer Academician Wu Guanghui became our Science & Technology Instructor. “One soars into the sky; one races through the water. By bringing in such role models, our students have light to follow and dreams to pursue.”

随后，葛顺勇校长为覃海洋先生颁发体育副校长聘书，学生代表献上鲜花与敬意。

Leo Ge then presented the appointment certificate, as student representatives presented flowers and salutes.

上海市体育局二级巡视员胡红女士代表上海市体育局，向圣华紫竹双语学校和覃海洋先生表示热烈祝贺，并向长期关心支持上海体育事业发展的各位老师和家长表示感谢！同时寄语孩子们：冠军并非天生，而是一天天练出来的；体育也不只是强身健体，更可成为陪伴一生的热爱。

Ms. Hu Hong, representing the Shanghai Sports Bureau, extended warm congratulations and gratitude to the school and Mr. Qin Haiyang. She reminded students: “Champions are not born – they are forged day by day. Sports is not just about fitness; it can become a lifelong passion.”

活动现场，覃海洋与同学们亲切互动，他告诉大家，冠军之路没有魔法，只有日复一日与目标“长期、稳定地相处”——把大目标拆解到每一天、每一组训练，在看不到即时回报时依然相信计划、专注过程。面对压力，他坦言：“专注于自己能控制的事，比如每一次转身、每一次呼吸，结果自然会来。”孩子们围绕坚持、压力、学习方法等话题踊跃提问，覃海洋一一回应，话语朴实却掷地有声。冠军身上的坚持与热爱，以及这份可迁移的“目标管理心法”，悄然化作一颗颗拼搏逐梦的种子，种进了孩子们心里。

During the event, Mr. Qin Haiyang spoke warmly with students. He told them there is no magic behind becoming a champion—only a long, steady commitment to daily goals. Break big dreams into small, everyday actions, trust the plan, and focus on the process. “Focus on what you can control, and the results will come,” he said. Students asked openly about perseverance and learning. His honest, grounded answers quietly planted seeds of determination and a powerful mindset of goal management in every young heart.

随后，同学们与冠军合影，定格珍贵瞬间。有同学激动地说：“以后可以跟奥运冠军学游泳了，我的朋友们都要羡慕极了！”

Students then took photos with the champion. One excitedly said, “I get to learn swimming from an Olympic gold medalist — my friends will be so jealous!”

上个月，国产大飞机总设计师吴光辉院士受聘科技辅导员；这个月，奥运冠军覃海洋担任体育副校长。圣华紫竹双语学校正在构建一种独特的“榜样教育”生态——让科学家讲创新，让冠军讲坚持，让各行各业的优秀者成为孩子们成长路上的同行者——我们圣华紫竹双语学校有这份意识，也有这份实力，更愿意付出这份努力。

Last month: aircraft chief designer Academician Wu Guanghui. This month: Olympic champion Mr. Qin Haiyang. SHZS is building a unique “role model education” ecosystem – inviting scientists to talk about innovation and champions to speak on perseverance. We have the vision, the capability, and most importantly, the commitment to make this happen.

正如葛校长在致辞中所说：“我们希望的，是每一个从这里毕业的孩子，都能带走一项终身受益的技能、一份拼搏向上的精神。”

As Principal Leo Ge said: “What we hope for is that every child who graduates from here carries away a lifelong skill and a spirit of striving upward.”
