3月20日，上海圣华紫竹双语学校与北京外国语大学国际教育集团正式签署外语特色教育合作项目协议，双方就圣华紫竹双语小学部外语课程特色发展达成深度合作。此次携手，旨在整合优质教育资源，打造区域教育特色标杆，为学生搭建更加广阔的成长平台。

On March 20, SHZS signed a cooperation agreement with BFSU International to strengthen the foreign language curriculum at Primary Division. The partnership aims to integrate premium resources to create a regional model and broader growth opportunities for students.

签约仪式上，上海圣华紫竹双语学校校长葛顺勇、副校长王也，北京外国语大学国际教育集团总经理李国辉、总经理助理兼教育合作事业部总经理叶明、项目经理李峰，学校各部门负责人及家校联合会代表共同出席，见证这一重要时刻。

The signing ceremony was attended by SHZS Principal Leo Ge, Vice Principal Wang Ye, BFSU International General Manager Li Guohui, Assistant General Manager Ye Ming, Program Manager Li Feng and other representatives.

葛顺勇校长在致辞中表示，学校始终秉持“学术为核心的全人教育”理念，近年来在教育教学改革与特色发展方面成果显著。他指出，与北外国际的合作源于双方对育人目标与教育理念的高度认同，期待通过此次携手，进一步推动小学英语教学研究、学术建设与教师专业成长，为拓展学生国际化视野注入新动能。

Principal Leo Ge noted that SHZS has long upheld “holistic education with academic excellence” and sees this partnership as a key step to strengthen English teaching, faculty growth, and students’ international perspectives.

北外国际总经理李国辉介绍了北京外国语大学的发展历程及其在“语言+专业复合型”与“多语种复语型”人才培养方面的深厚积淀，强调北外国际在基础教育外语特色与国际化发展领域的实践经验和资源优势。他表示，此次合作将为圣华紫竹双语学校小学英语教学提供涵盖课程建设、教学研究、师资培训、学生发展及专业测评在内的系统性支持。

Mr. Li Guohui shared BFSU’s legacy in cultivating language professionals and highlighted its rich experience in foreign language education, noting that BFSU International will provide systematic support in curriculum, research, teacher training, and assessment.

课程升级回应期待

在家校交流环节，北外国际教育合作事业部总经理叶明介绍了合作规划：在国家课程框架下，结合学校实际，构建涵盖分级阅读、自然拼读等多元路径的英语学习体系，推进英语课程的本土化融合与个性化设计。

Mr. Ye Ming outlined the collaboration plan: to build an English learning system within the national curriculum framework that integrates leveled reading, phonics, and other pathways.

家校联合会代表们对学校近年来的发展与教育教学成果给予高度评价。小学部家校联合会主席程娴婷、家校学术专委会主任徐林教授、二年级家校联合会主任宋红霞分别表达了对新合作项目落地的热切期待，并对学校高效回应家长建议、推动决策落地的执行力表示赞赏。

Parent representatives, Ms. Cheng Xianting, Prof. Xu Lin and Ms. Song Hongxia, spoke highly of the school’s recent progress. They expressed strong support for the new initiative and praised the school’s responsiveness to feedback.

根据初步规划，学校将结合小学部不同年级学生的英语学习特点，分模块、分阶段推进课程融合：低年级重习惯培养与学习内容更新，中年级融入深度阅读与国际测评，高年级强化小初衔接。同时，小学部全学段共享师资培训及阅读体系等资源。

Curriculum integration will roll out in phases: lower grades focus on habits; middle grades on in-depth reading, and upper grades on secondary transition. Teacher training and reading resources will be shared across all primary grades.
