教有所乐丨以文启智 为未来点亮问学心灯的李新老师 Merits of Teaching

“Excellence and Balance, Open to See the world”, Shenghua Zizhu Bilingual is dedicated to nurturing students with strong visions in both academics and personal development, ensuring a high spirit in learning and teaching. The series of “Merits of Teaching” will focus on subject features, allowing teachers to share their insights and reflections from various perspectives and demonstrating their great love and passion in teaching. PART.01

以“亲师信道”启智明德 

Enlightening through Trust

兴趣是“问学”的起点。李新老师设计多彩教学活动与探究性问题,让语文课堂成为探索乐园,激发学生主动发问、钻研的热情;同时尊重个性差异,鼓励自主探索,帮学生扎实迈出“问学”第一步。 

Interest sparks learning. Mrs.Lixin designs engaging activities and questions to make Chinese class an exploratory space that encourages curiosity and independent discovery.

“明德”是“致远”的基石。李老师坚信“亲其师,信其道”,始终与学生近距离相处,用真诚守护成长,用知识拓宽视野,用阅历引导明辨是非。课堂上,她不仅传递语文知识,更传递对生活的热爱、对责任的认知、对品德的坚守,让“明德”种子在学生心中扎根。 

Virtue is the base for future growth. Through closeness and genuine guidance, Mrs.Li helps students build integrity—teaching not only language, but also responsibility, moral courage and love for life.

看到学生在学问上进阶、品德上完善,从懵懂孩童成长为有智慧、有担当的均衡发展少年,李老师便深知,“启航问学,明德致远”的实践正在结果,这份成长便是她耕耘的最大动力。 

Seeing students advance in knowledge and character—from curious children to wise, responsible young individuals—is the deepest reward of this practice.


PART.02

以升学拓展助力致远

Growth through Enrichment

除常规教学外,李老师长期承担语文培优与拓展课程,依托对上海中考、自招题型的研究,以及辅导“上海市中学生古诗文大赛”的经验,为学生搭建高阶平台。 拓展课上,她带学生深挖文言文精髓,打通古今文化脉络;培优课中,她聚焦逻辑思维、表达能力与思辨素养提升,让学生既会“学”,更会“思”、“辩”、“表达”。这些能力既是升学“利器”,更是长远发展的核心底气。 

Beyond regular teaching, Mrs.Li leads advanced Chinese courses. Drawing on experience with senior high entrance exams, independent recruitment and poetry competition, Mrs.Li builds platforms for deeper learning. Enrichment classes focus on classical texts, while advanced courses focus on logic and critical thinking, equipping students to “think, debate, and express”—skills for both exams and life.


PART.03

以教研备课凝聚合力



Strength in Teamwork




“启航问学,明德致远”从非孤军奋战。作为语文教研组长,李老师牵头组织课余教研,分析新教材变化、研讨教学重点、分享切入思路,让每位教师都成为精准引路人;作为备课组长,她将每周三设为固定听课评课日,推动教师“以学促教、相互借鉴”,统一育人理念、优化教学策略,最终带领团队实现语文成绩在闵行区名列前茅。 

As Chinese Subject Lead, Mrs.Li organizes sessions to analyze new material, discuss key topics, and share teaching strategies, ensuring every teacher can guide effectively. As Teaching Preparation Group Lead, she sets weekly observation days to help teachers learn from each other and improve together—leading our students to top results in the district.


PART.04

以国际格局培育新人



Nurturing Students with Global Perspective




“问学”应有全球视野,“致远”当立世界格局。博士与博士后阶段的学术熏陶,以及近十年对外汉语教学经历,让李老师深知新时代“明德致远者”需有世界胸怀。 她将国际视野融入教学:课文解读引入多元文化视角,写作指导鼓励关注全球议题,让学生在“问学”中既学知识,更懂世界、明责任。李老师亦不断自我提升,只为将对“优秀”的理解,转化为培养“卓越均衡、面向世界”学子的实践,助他们从校园启航,携“明德”之心走向广阔世界。 

Learning needs a global perspective; growth look towards the world. Her academic background and international teaching experience inform this approach. In class, she introduces diverse cultural perspectives and global topics, helping students understand the world while they learn. She also keeps learning and growing herself, striving to nurture students who embody “Excellence and Balance, Open to See the World”—equipped with integrity to step forward with confidence.


“回顾往昔,每一次看到学生眼中因领悟而闪亮的光,每一次见证他们从“问学”的起点走向“明德致远”的远方,都让我深切感到,教育是生命与生命的相互照亮。未来,我愿继续以文启智,为孩子们的未来点亮问学心灯;也将始终与团队并肩,以教研为犁,深耕每一方课堂,共同书写那份关于智慧启迪、人格养成与世界胸怀的、未完的教育诗篇。”

Looking back, each spark of understanding in students’ eyes, each journey from the beginning of learning toward a life of wisdom, reminds me that education is the mutual illumination of lives. Moving forward, i’ll continue to ignite young minds through learning, walking alongside my team to cultivate every classroom through reflection and collaboration—writing an ongoing story of wisdom, character, and global readiness.
