我的名片

我是四年级5班的李亦周,既是为同学服务的大队干事,也是校园宣传海报上那个目光坚定的自信男孩。学习中,我才思卓然,求知若饥;生活上,我虚心若愚,谦雅有礼。

I am Li Yizhou from Class 5, Grade 4. I become a Student Committee Officer dedicated to serving classmates, and I’m also the confident boy with determined eyes you see on school posters. Academically, I am intellectually curious and eager to learn; in daily life, I stay humble, respectful, and gracious.

Striving & Shining

校内时光:拼搏奋进·精彩绽放

在扎实学好学科知识的基础上,我积极参加学术比拼与竞赛挑战。

Beyond mastering core subjects, I actively participate in academic competitions and challenges.

一年级时,我代表年级出征古诗词大赛,尽显对传统文化的热爱。二年级时,我积极参加英语周配音活动,用声音演绎经典;数学周里,我投身计算竞赛,挑战思维极限;公益义卖中,我又化身“金牌导购员”传递爱心。三年级时,我参加大队委竞选,幸运当选为大队干事,学会用“倾听—沟通—协作”的方式管理班级。

In Grade 1, I represented my grade in the Classical Poetry Contest, showcasing my passion for traditional culture. In Grade 2, I joined the English Week– Dubbing Show, bringing classic stories to life with my voice; during Math Week, I competed in calculation contests to push my thinking limits; at charity fairs, I became a “golden sales assistant” spreading kindness. In Grade 3, I campaigned for the Student Committee and was elected as an officer.

四年级时,我被推举为班级语文课代表,并且成功当选了大队委员。在班级和学校大队部的工作中,我学会了担当,在挑战中突破自我。现在的我,已是老师的得力助手、同学们信任的“服务小管家”。

Elected as the class Chinese representative and a student Committee member in Grade 4, I learned responsibility and self-improvement through these roles. Now, I serve as a reliable helper for both teachers and classmates.

课余时间,我踊跃参与社团活动与校队训练,在不同领域拓展兴趣、提升能力。在国际象棋校队,我痴迷于棋盘上的谋略交锋,每日对弈成为习惯。

After class, I join clubs and school teams to explore interests and enhance skills. At the Chess Club, I’m captivated by strategic battles on the board. Daily chess matches are now part of my routine.

在古诗词校队,我深入品味古典文学,让背诵融入日常生活。

In the Poetry Club, I delve into classical literature, making recitation part of daily life.

篮球课上,我与队友们在球场上挥洒汗水,在激烈的对抗与默契的合作中,收获了运动带来的快乐与成长。

In basketball class, I sweat with teammates on the court, finding joy and growth through intense teamwork.

每一次登台、每一次协作、每一次突破,都如同明亮的笔触,在圣华紫竹双语学校的岁月画卷上,精心勾勒出专属于我的独特成长轨迹,成为我成长道路上熠熠生辉的宝贵记忆。

Every stage appearance, every collaboration, every breakthrough—like bright brushstrokes—paints my unique journey at Shenghua Zizhu Bilingual School, becoming treasured milestones on my path forward.


Diverse Exploration, Chasing Dreams

校外时光:多元探索,逐梦成长

三岁起,我便踏上跆拳道学习之路。在校内,老师发现我的兴趣后,鼓励我报名参加2024年闵行区中小学生跆拳道比赛,让我在赛场上将“礼义廉耻,忍耐克己”的精神转化为拼搏动力,最终晋升至红黑带。这份成绩,离不开我个人的坚持,更离不开学校为我们的兴趣发展搭建的专业平台。

I’ve practiced Taekwondo since age three. When teachers noticed my passion, they encouraged me to join the 2024 Minhang District Student Taekwondo Championship. There, I channeled the spirit of “Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control” into fierce effort, earning my red-black belt. This achievement reflects my persistence and the school’s support for our growth.

我不仅是老师的得力助手,同学们的贴心伙伴,回到家中,也主动学习做饭、打扫,尝试为父母分担家务。“劳动教育”主题班会上,老师那句“家务也是成长课”如同一束光,点亮了我的认知。第一次煮水饺时虽手忙脚乱,但我在课堂学到的“厨房安全小贴士”和“时间管理小技巧”,让我逐渐掌握了窍门。如今,我能独立完成简单餐食。课堂埋下的劳动启蒙与生活智慧,让我在柴米油盐间找到成长的答案。

Not only am I a reliable helper for teachers and a thoughtful friend to classmates, but at home I also actively learn cooking and cleaning to share housework responsibilities with my parents. A theme class on “Labor Education” illuminated my perspective: “Housework is a growth lesson.” My first attempt at cooking dumplings was chaotic, but applying “kitchen safety tips” and “time-management skills” from class helped me master it. Now, I can prepare simple meals independently. These lessons in labor and life wisdom reveal growth in daily chores.


课余阅读时,我常被历史典籍中的名山大川吸引,语文课本里的山水篇章更如星火,点燃了我对自然的探索热忱。

While reading, historical texts about majestic landscapes fascinate me a lot, and nature passages in Chinese textbooks spark my curiosity.

当我在徒步中丈量山脊时,不仅用脚步印证了课堂上学到的自然知识、气候原理,更在跨越溪流的果敢、登顶峰峦的坚毅中突破着自我边界。每一次与自然的对话,都是书本知识的立体延伸。

While tracing mountain ridges during hikes, I not only verify textbook knowledge of nature and climate principles with my footsteps, but also push beyond my limits through the courage to cross streams and the perseverance to summit peaks. Every conversation with nature transforms classroom learning into a living extension.


现在的我,正如校园里那株茁壮成长的竹子,在学校的沃土上积蓄力量。未来的日子里,我愿继续以书为友,以跆为翼,用执着与热情书写属于自己的成长故事。

Today, like bamboo thriving on campus, I gather strength in this nurturing environment. Moving forward, I’ll continue embracing books as friends and Taekwondo as wings, writing my growth story with passion and perseverance.
