在圣华紫竹双语,有这样一支特别的教师团队。他们既是经受过严格学术训练的博士,更是深耕一线讲台的老师——将科研的探照灯带入课堂,照亮每一个“为什么”背后的奥秘;将学术的思维蓝图化为成长路径,持续注入中小学课堂的脉络,转化为学生可触、可感、可思的成长力量,在孩子们心中种下探究世界的种子。

At SHZS, we are proud of a unique faculty team. They are not only PhDs rigorously trained in academia but also dedicated classroom teachers. They bring the spotlight of research into their lessons, illuminating the “why” behind every concept. They translate academic thinking into pathways for growth, planting seeds of inquiry in young minds.

  一支跨代际、跨学科的教研共同体

 Team Portrait:

 An Intergenerational, Interdisciplinary Teaching &    Research Community


这支8人博士团队贯穿70后、80后、90后三代教师,其中既有经验丰富的教学骨干,也有从顶尖实验室走出的青年学者,形成了既扎实又充满活力的教学梯队。他们毕业于复旦大学、南京大学、上海交大、中科院、同济大学、华东师大等高校和科研机构,其中还有博士后的研究经历,且多位博士在圣华紫竹双语深耕教学多年。


This team of eight spans three generations of educators, comprising both seasoned teaching experts and young scholars from top-tier laboratories. They hail from prestigious institutions, with some holding post-doctoral research experience.


然而,比起耀眼的学术背景,更可贵的是他们共同的追求:把多年学术训练中养成的思维习惯,转化为课堂中的教学过程,引导学生学会思考、学会学习。


Yet, beyond impressive academic credentials, what unites them is a shared pursuit: to translate the thinking habits into pedagogy, guiding students to learn how to learn.

 Disciplinary Influence of PhDs


在学校日常教学中,每位博士老师都在以各自的方式,践行着“把学问做进课堂”的理念。

In daily teaching, each PhD teacher embodies the philosophy of “bringing scholarship into classroom” in their own way.

李新,山东大学中国现当代文学博士,曾于华东师范大学中文系从事博士后研究。李老师拥有跨越小初高及高等教育的完整教学经验。多年中考一线实践,让她在诗歌鉴赏、文言文比较阅读与现代文阅读教学中形成了成熟而稳定的方法。

Dr. Li Xin possesses comprehensive teaching experience across primary, secondary, and higher education. Years of frontline practice have equipped her with mature and effective teaching methods. 

作为语文教研组长,李老师最常带着团队讨论的,并不是“这节课怎么上”,而是——“我们为什么要这样教?”

As Chinese Subject Group Leader, her most frequent question for the team is not “How should we teach?” but “Why are we teaching it this way?”

杨侠,复旦大学古代文学博士,深耕中古贵族文学研究。杨老师具备扎实的中考教学经验,曾被评为“闵行区语文骨干教师”。她善于将不同课程体系中对阅读、思辨与写作的共通要求,转化为适合学生发展的教学策略。

Dr. Yang Xia also brings solid teaching experience. She excels at translating the common requirements across different curricula into teaching strategies suited to student development. 

在课堂之外,杨老师还承担着学校教师发展中心负责人的角色,统筹科研课题管理与教师专业发展 PD DAY 的整体策划,持续推动教师专业能力的系统成长。

Beyond the classroom, as Head of Teacher Development Center, she oversees research project management and PD DAYs, driving systematic growth in teacher professionalism.

姜淼,南京大学中国现当代文学博士,本科为计算机专业。这段跨界经历,让姜老师在现代文阅读、影视文本分析与创意写作中,形成了独特而开放的教学视角。

Dr. Jiang Miao’s interdisciplinary journey from computer science to literature has given her a unique pedagogical perspective in modern text reading and creative writing. 

姜老师热爱创作,目前正在筹划校内写作工作室,希望为学生搭建一个敢写、会写、愿意写的真实表达空间。

She is planning an on-campus writing studio—a space where students dare to write, learn to write well, and are willing to express themselves.

杨天兴,上海交通大学材料科学与工程博士,上海理工大学助理研究员、博士后。杨老师擅长将数字化传感器、仿真模拟软件引入实验课堂,让抽象的物理规律变得可视、可测、可验证。

Dr. Yang Tianxing excels at introducing digital sensors and simulation software into the lab, making abstract physics principles visible, measurable, and verifiable.

理学的严谨,叠加工科的应用意识,使杨老师的课堂既有科学精神,也有工程思维。

The rigor of science, combined with engineer’s application mindset, ensures his lessons embody both scientific spirit and engineering thinking.

周岩,华东师范大学化学博士,毕业后即加入学校,属于“元老级”教师。多年初三教学经验,让周老师对化学知识结构、考点逻辑与初高衔接有着极为清晰的把握。

Dr. Zhou Yan’s experience of G9 chemistry teaching has given him a crystal-clear grasp of subject knowledge structure and the transition to senior high.

在周老师看来,真正有效的教学,是帮学生建立一张完整而可靠的“知识地图”。

In his view, truly effective teaching helps students build a complete and reliable “knowledge map”.

王莹,中国科学院过程工程研究所化学工程博士,曾从事稀土提取等前沿研究。在中考化学教学与自招指导之外,王老师还专注于理科类项目化学习与科创课程设计。

Beyond teaching chemistry for senior high school entrance examination, Dr. Wang Ying also focuses on designing PBL and STEM innovation courses.

王老师尝试以真实科研问题为起点,引导学生理解科学探究的过程与逻辑,让“创新”不止停留在结果。

She starts with authentic research questions, guiding students to understand the process and logic of scientific inquiry.

张贵阳,同济大学化学博士,研究方向为有机材料的制备与应用。张老师专业基础扎实,能够开展双语教学,在竞赛与科创指导中,更强调科学规范与问题意识。

Dr. Zhang Guiyang, with his ability to teach bilingually, emphasizes scientific rigor and problem-awareness in competition and STEM project coaching. 

张老师希望学生明白的,不只是“怎么做”,而是——“为什么要这样做”。

He wants students to understand not just “how to do it,” but “why we do it this way.”

葛顺勇,华东师范大学教育博士。葛校长从学校管理视角为教师、孩子赋能,让每一位老师、每一位同学被看见!

Dr. Leo Ge empowers both teachers and students from school leadership perspective, ensuring everyone is seen and valued.

未来,学校将以“博士工作站”为重要支点,作为连接职业、学术与基础教育的桥梁,推动教师带着教学问题走进企业与实验室,再将真实世界中的问题、技术模型与创新方法带回课堂,助力教师与学生在真实问题的探索中共同成长。

Looking ahead, the school will leverage the “PhD Workstation” as a key platform, connecting profession, academia, and basic education. We encourage teachers to bring teaching questions into real world, and then bring back innovative methods, aiming to foster the growth of both teachers and students.
