安全，是校园发展的基石，更是成长之路的守护。近日，上海圣华紫竹双语学校开展了一系列覆盖消防疏散与急救技能的实战演练，从动态应急到静态救护，全面构建起一张“预防为主、反应迅速、守护有力”的校园安全防护网。

Safety is not only the foundation of campus development, but also a shield that safeguards the journey of growth. Recently, Shanghai Sunward Bilingual School conducted a series of practical drills covering fire evacuation and emergency medical skills. From dynamic emergency response to static care, these exercises have comprehensively established a campus safety net characterized by being “preventive, responsive, and protective.”

Building a Multi-Scenario Evacuation Network

学校始终将消防安全视为生命教育的“必修课”，近期陆续在教学楼、校车与学生公寓三大重点场景开展系列疏散演习。在教学区的分批次演练中，随着急促的警报声响起，学生们迅速用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，弯腰低姿，严格沿预定路线快速、有序撤离。从引导员的精准指挥，到帮扶人员的暖心协助，各岗位紧密配合，最终实现全员安全疏散仅用时4分30秒，充分展现了高效的应急响应与协同保障能力。

Our school regards fire safety as an essential lesson in life education, having recently conducted a series of evacuation drills across three key settings: classrooms, school buses, and dormitories. During one staged exercise, students immediately responded to the sharp alarm—using wet towels to cover their noses and mouths, staying low, and moving swiftly and orderly along designated escape routes. With clear guidance from coordinators and attentive support from assisting staff, the entire middle school was safely evacuated in just 4 minutes and 30 seconds, demonstrating a highly efficient and well-coordinated emergency response.

与此同时，校车演练模拟了行驶途中突发“自燃”的险情，完整开展了从停车报警、安全疏散到初期扑救的全流程实战操作，重点提升了驾驶员、随车管理员与学生在紧急状况下的协同处置能力。

Separate drills simulated a moving bus “fire” and a nighttime dormitory evacuation. The bus scenario covered the entire emergency protocol—stopping, alerting, evacuating, and initial containment-strengthening coordinated response among drivers, attendants, and students.

学生公寓演练则聚焦于夜间疏散这一实际难点，在模拟黑暗与紧张氛围的环境中，寄宿学生们沉着冷静，在引导教师的指引下，沿指定路线迅速集结至安全区域，全程仅用时2分钟，实现了应急响应能力从“白天”到“黑夜”的无缝衔接。

In the dormitory drill, which recreated darkness and a tense atmosphere, boarding students remained calm and assembled swiftly along teacher-led routes, completing evacuation in just 2 minutes. This demonstrates that their emergency readiness now seamlessly extends from day to night.

打造“人人会急救”的平安校园

Expert Training, Lifesaving Skills

Empowering a Campus of First Responders

作为“教育部全国学校急救教育试点校”，学校深知，筑牢校园安全防线不仅在于高效的“疏散逃生”，也在于及时的“现场救护”。为此，学校为全体教职工组织了涵盖“心肺复苏（CPR）、AED使用与气道异物梗阻急救”的专项培训，致力于让每一位教职员工都成为“懂急救、会救援、敢出手”的校园生命守护者。

As a designated National Pilot School for Emergency Education, we firmly believe that a truly safe campus is built not only on efficient evacuations but also on the capacity to provide immediate, on-site care. To that end, we have organized comprehensive training for all faculty and staff in CPR, AED use, and choking response—equipping every educator with the skills and confidence to act as a capable first responder when seconds matter most.

依托试点校的专业资源，学校构建了“理论+模拟+实操”三维培训体系。实操中，导师通过一对一指导精准纠正按压深度与AED操作细节，并借助真实情景模拟，助力教职工将知识转化为稳定实操能力。全体参训人员最终以100%通过率完成考核，这不仅是一纸证书，更标志着校园首支标准化急救力量正式成型，为师生安全再添坚实保障。

Leveraging its pilot school resources, SHZS built a “Theory-Simulation-Practice” training framework. Instructors provided one-on-one coaching to refine techniques like compression depth and AED use, while realistic scenarios helped turn knowledge into actionable skills. With a 100% pass rate, all staff are now certified—marking the formation of the school’s first standardized response team and adding a vital layer of safety protection.

学校持续完善安全管理机制，坚持“以演促改、以练促防”，在每次演练后及时复盘、优化流程，形成有效的管理闭环，真正实现“演练一次，提升一次”。同时，通过公众号、宣传栏、主题班会等多元渠道，营造“人人讲安全、个个会应急”的浓厚氛围，让安全意识从活动转化为习惯，从课堂融入日常。

Rooted in a maturing safety management system, the school adheres to a “drill-to-improve” approach—refining plans after each exercise to form a closed-loop process that turns practice into progress. Through multiple channels, we foster a campus-wide culture where “safety is everyone’s responsibility, and emergency skills are common competence.”
