媒介课程赋能丨从校内课堂，闪耀长三角赛场 Media Club

Luo Yining from the school TV station was named one of the Yangtze River Delta’s 147 “Dream Youth”. At an AIGC charity camp, she and her team used AI to create the drama Glimmer, Spark, Echo: A Journey to Peace, an immersive narrative marking the 80th anniversary of China’s victory in the War of Resistance. It was highly praised by experts and media.

Students from our journalism class showcased their critical thinking skills, with the team of Chen Jiayuan, Ding Chuer, and Li Ziyu shining at the Yangtze River Delta Current Affairs Championship. Through thorough preparation and polished arguments, they demonstrated composure and eloquence during the competition. Their solid knowledge and agile thinking earned them the second-place prize in the elementary division, bringing honor to our school.

Campus TV is a comprehensive project-based course and a key platform for students to showcase their media literacy. By producing TV programs, students learn copywriting, interviewing, photography, filming, and editing. They also develop critical thinking and a media perspective toward social issues, gaining a holistic approach to understanding and solving problems.

Through participating in the Campus TV course, students not only acquire professional production skills but also grow in multiple ways. They learn how to plan, shoot, and edit a full school news segment—taking part in every step from topic selection to final cut—gaining hands-on experience throughout the process.

通过团队合作，学生们提升了沟通协调能力，学会了如何在团队中发挥自己的优势，同时也懂得了尊重和倾听他人的意见。他们在面对挑战和困难时，培养了解决问题的能力和应对压力的韧性。

Working in teams, students enhance their communication and coordination skills. They learn to leverage their own strengths while respecting and listening to others. When facing challenges, they build problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.

Moreover, the course nurtures their creative and innovative thinking. By experimenting with new formats and expression techniques, they dare to break conventions and develop their unique voice and style. Campus TV provides a platform for self-expression and skill development, fostering an innovative mindset that will benefit their future studies and careers.

The Journalism Class, a core part of our media literacy program, is supported by experts from SMG News and Renmin University. Through weekly discussions on current events, students learn to identify valuable information and develop critical thinking. Its interdisciplinary approach also encourages creative innovation.

自新闻课堂在我校开设以来，同学们积极参与每期的新闻课堂积分赛，为学校争得了不少荣誉。不少同学也运用在新闻课堂中学到的知识和技能绘制精美小报、撰写时评报告，在各类比赛中获奖。
