兰香湖畔话成长：圣华紫双教师共筑教育国际化新篇章 PD Day

金秋送爽，万象更新。2025年8月18日，圣华紫双全体教师齐聚崭新的兰香湖校区，以“焕新启航”为主题，开启新学年的专业成长之旅。本次活动旨在凝聚共识、激发创新，共同书写教育国际化的崭新篇章。

On August 18, 2025, all faculty members of SHSZ gathered at the newly inaugurated Lanxiang Lake Campus for the annual Professional Development Day (PD Day), themed “Renewal and New Beginnings.” The event aimed to foster consensus, inspire innovation, and collectively advance the school’s vision for international education.

教育是向美而行的旅程，新校区，新起点。葛顺勇校长在教师专业发展日（PD Day）开幕词中寄语老师们，以“焕新启航”的契机，为自身教师专业发展注入“破浪前行”的奋进动能，全心全意赋能孩子们的成长。

Principal Leo Ge set the tone in his opening speech, encouraging teachers to embrace change with courage and determination.

随后，基于学校发展的重点项目主持人带领全体教师深度解码学校发展的核心引擎。葛顺勇校长为项目主持人颁发工作坊荣誉证书。

Key project leaders were then honored with certificates, highlighting the school’s commitment to academic excellence and holistic development.

小学部执行主任谢虹老师以“OKR目标管理法”为切入点，结合《环游地球80天》创新实践案例，生动展示了如何将宏观教育目标转化为具体教学行动。校长助理严蒙蒙老师则带领全体教师聚焦“圣华学子画像”，从学术能力、品格素养、国际视野等维度，共同勾勒出“卓越均衡，面向世界”的未来人才蓝图。

Ms. Xie Hong,Primary School Executive Head ,demonstrated the OKR goal-setting methodology through the “Around the World in 80 Days” project, emphasizing actionable strategies for educational innovation. Assistant to the Principal，Ms.Yan Mengmeng facilitated discussions on the “SHSZ Student Profile,” outlining the ideal traits of globally competent learners.

教育研究的深度决定教学实践的高度。发展中心副主任杨侠老师分享了学校龙头课题《基于OTC模型的中小学生创新实践活动探索》，详细解析如何将日常教学项目转化为系统性教研课题，实现教师个人成长与学校发展战略的有机统一，这一模型将为教师提供可持续的专业发展支持，成为教育创新的“源头活水”。

Ms. Yang Xia,Development Deputy Head, introduced the school’s flagship research initiative, the OTC Model, which bridges teaching practice with professional growth.

下午的活动在吴霞老师组织的活力健身操中拉开序幕，轻松愉快的互动迅速点燃了现场氛围。

The afternoon event kicked off with a dynamic aerobics session organized by Teacher Ms.Wu Xia, where the relaxed and joyful interactions quickly ignited the atmosphere at the venue.

一直以来，我校秉持”以学术为核心的全人教育”理念，致力于构建多元课程体系与发展通道。发展中心主任助理严柯雯老师就新学年全新搭建的具有国际化特色的CCA课程体系为老师们详细讲解，引领教师共同为学生的兴趣及专长提供更广阔的平台！

Over the years, our school has adhered to the philosophy of “holistic education with core academics” and strived to build a diverse curriculum system and development pathways. MS.Yan Kewen, Assistant to the Deputy Head of the Development Center, gave a detailed explanation to teachers on the newly established international-themed CCA curriculum system for the new academic year, leading teachers to jointly provide a broader platform for students’ interests and expertise!

发展中心主任助理叶云飞老师则以“儿童哲学”实践案例，展示了如何通过思辨式教学打破传统课堂边界，在学生心中播下独立思考的种子。

Ms. Ye Yunfei, Assistant to the Deputy Head of the Development Center, used practical cases of “children’s philosophy” to demonstrate how speculative teaching can break the boundaries of traditional classrooms and plant seeds of independent thinking in students’ minds.

王也副校长系统介绍了学校全新构建的K12生涯规划及升学课程体系。该体系贯通小初高三个学段，从学业指导到终身发展，为学生提供科学、连贯的成长路径，奠定面向未来的核心竞争力。

Vice Principal Wang Ye concluded with an overview of the K-12 career guidance framework, ensuring lifelong learning foundations.
